Our maltipoo rarely bark! im amazed how easy it is to train and super smart. He Never had single accident at home. i potty trained him to do his business from day one when he was 11 weeks old outside. His now potty trained at 14 weeks. Also loves his playpen and his bed!😊

We got Ginger five years ago from a poodle rescue. She is really smart and sweet to us. But she acts like a guard dog if we have repair men inside and have to put her on a leash. On the bright side she did chase a raccoon out of the house one. She was so proud after that she protected us. I recommend this breed if you want a 14 pound lapdog | guard poodle.

My wife and I inherited a 2 year old maltipoo from a family member going through a separation. I’ve owned several dogs before and I can say that she is by far the most intelligent dog I’ve owned. Barked at the wind at first but a little consistent training fixed it for the most part. I will say that the separation anxiety is very real and something that we’re still working on. All and all an excellent pup in my opinion.

I want to get a little toy poodle or poodle mix. I've decided that my perfect dog will be one I rescue. I want everything to be perfect for her and we will always be together--

My Pomapoo passed away 3 months ago after 14 beautiful years. I thought it would take me a lot longer to get another dog but I've just been so heart broken I think it might help. Thinking about a Maltipoo. I know where there is a lovely little one but they want $3000. Plus it's the smallest in the litter and the person said it will only get to about 3 pounds when fully grown. We bought our last dog from her and she really knows her stuff. My concern is that being that small it may have health issues down the road? Any thoughts on that would be greatly welcomed. Thanks.

We found our dog at a local poodle rescue. Downside is since she was a stray they didn’t know her background.

3 pounds is very very small, we recently got a maltipoo and he’s 9 weeks right now around 4.25 pounds and he’s quite small. i think $3000 is a bit much especially because the dog will be super small and could be quite difficult to watch after but i’m not dog expert.

Nothing is promised in life. Get another dog and enjoy them. Appreciate every minute you get with them. And remember the great memories from the last one.

I have a 4 month old maltipoo. It is my first dog. She has been easy to train, and she learned to potty on the pee pad the first day. Shes also crate trained, and knows a few simple commands already like sit and stay. She’s pretty quiet and clam but does bark when she hears or sees something new. It only lasts a few seconds. Also, me and my wife work full time. I telework 3 days out of the week and go in the office twice. We leave her alone while at work and she is relatively calm and does not bark. We know this because we installed a camera. She has picked up a new habit of tearing up her pee pad when she’s alone. Any suggestions?
