Even though this isn't applicable to me since I own and have been running these businesses for 3 years, I will still sit down and watch this video through because I appreciate the effort and work you've done to help out the newer generation of players through the years. Thanks, TGG. You king. You legend. You Chad.
Yep. Me too... I completed gta v back in 2013. But i started gta online in 2019 only. As far as now, i reached rank 205 owning every business & completed every heist incl Dr.Dre contract. Thanks for the guide TGG.
SUPER IMPORTANT INFO LEFT OUT: The only 2 businesses that allow you to do everything solo AND IN INVITE ONLY SESSIONS are the auto shop and agency. That can make a HUGE difference for beginners, because it means no othe players are able to interfere or screw things up.
Change mtu settings, within manual internet setup, to 750-850. 750 is guranteed solo lobby whilst also kicking anyone that is in or joins the server. However, this will not allow you to play with friends or partake in missions with friends, also more likely to fail finding a new session Or you can do 850, which will do the same thing BUT also allows for friends to join you and is almost guranteed to succesfully find a session. However, it is less likely to find a fully solo lobby, people are not kicked if they are with you therefore any online account allows acces for more users to join, also makes it so you cant do heists or missions with others
24:05, a pretty important detail about customizing your vehicles in the autoshop is that it ignores level requirement for upgrades, for example turbo tuning being locked behind rank 100 gets completely ignored when customizing in an autoshop which is just huge for lower level players
Well my strategy is very simple and as someone who started not long ago, I feel like the profit is coming pretty fast. Here we go: 1. I am playing on PS5, so for the free money in character creation I bought the chumash bunker (I would suggest choosing this location, because it's quite cheap and simply in a very good place). Also I got the equipment upgrade (it's really important, as it almost doubles the profits). Also for a car, I got the one that you can upgrade at Hao's for free, but the Kuruma is also a good option. Weapons are basically self-explanatory. Just don't forget to get the RPG, since it will make your life easier in most missions. 2. At first I just did random things (races, Lamar missions, the Fleeca heist), while also gradually accumulating money with the use of the bunker. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BUNKER, you will have gather money longer, but remember, DON'T WASTE IT. The first thing you will want to buy is the Kosatka. For me, even now that I own multiple businesses, the Kosatka is the main source of Money. DON'T waste money on the upgrades, just get the Kostka as soon as you can. 3. After I got the Kosatka, I focused on doing the Cayo Perico. After each time, I have been working on boosting my passive income. Here are the things I have bought so far in a chronological order: - Sparrow helicopter (Kosatka upgrade) - the reason this is so important, is that with the Kosatka most missions will require you to work with different terrain (water, city, mountains etc.) The Sparrow spawns directly in the Kosatka. In short it basically makes the Cayo Perico preperations a lot faster and easier. Moreover, you can immediately spawn the Sparrow right next to you (unlike almost any other flying vehicle) via the Kosatka menu. - MC + Coke business - This basically a no-brainer choice. The MC clubhouse is a must have, since it lets you buy all the different type of businesses, which are the best way to make passive income in the game. I went for Coke first, since it's the most profitable. - Upgrades to the Coke business and bunker - the upgrades for both may seem pricey, but they are very important in the long run, so the money from my 3rd Cayo Perico heist went into upgrading what I already had, instead of buying new stuff. - Meth lab - another MC business to add to the collection. - Nightclub - Now this is where the real passive income starts flowing. With the bunker, meth and coke, I was able to not only get the daily popularity income, but also a juicy amount of money from these businesses. Just don't forget that when buying the NC, you will also need at lead 500k for the techincians, which you then assign to individual businesses to make profit. - NC upgrades - these were really expensive, but with them the income from the nightclub will come much faster - Mobile Operation Centre - now this is the latest thing I bought and I must admit that the main reason for this was that it's on a big sale right now and I am sure the MOC will help me in the long run. For newbies (like myself) the main advantage of it, is definitely it's incredible resistance. You can basically forget about griefers while driving this beast. If anybody actually read this, I really hope it helps. I am not a pro and I don't have a Masters in maths, but with a lot of reaserch before every purchase, I am starting to feel the money flowing faster and faster, so I really hope my advice can also help other people starting in Gta online.
I remember when I first found your channel from the rags to riches videos. Followed that series and now I own most stuff in the game and am sitting on 120m. Thanks man, you’ve helped a lot of people with your guides.
First - helpful, convinced me to spend cash to move my bunker. Second, when talking bunker, you omitted another big money maker, the excess parts deliveries. Can get a couple runs of those in during the Supplies -> Product cycle. $75k investment, making $210k on delivery and another $100k or more on excess parts runs. Some are 5-10 minutes. One from my bunker, Smoke Tree Road, goes to the Sandy Shores Ammunation. $50k for a 50 second drive. No joke.
This was made before that was introduced to the game, he didn't "omit" anything. But yeah excess part deliveries can seriously help people keep their bunker supplied if they don't have other businesses to draw money from
@@JanyaAndromedaGalactic yeah, i do that normally if they start gaining on me and get to the point of contact, I''ll pick my spot to pull over so even if they do kill me, I don't spawn in some place where it is impossible to return to my vehicle...
For the Cargo warehouse you can actually know if you got a vehicle mission or the mission to pick up three individual crates. If you look on your map in the pause menu before you leave your office or terrobyte, your warehouse you chose to stock should disappear if you got a vehicle Mission. If you got the 3 Individual crates, that means your warehouse is on the map. Another tip for ceo crates is the mission where 4 vehicles pop up on the map and you have to find the one holding the cargo. Those 4 icons will start flashing and the one holding the cargo is the last one to flash.
Magic trick: Only running TWO CRATE missions is cheaper and potentially faster. You have more chances for vehicles and you have shorter "long-haul missions". Only cross-map missions take longer than five minutes and even then it's only a minute or two.
I... cannot believe this. I was searching like hell these last few weeks for videos explaining the various businesses in GTA online, but i could not find any up-to-date videos. Since I just started playing, i was searching non stop to find helpful videos. And this right here, is a life saver. I cannot thank you enough for making this TGG. You're the best, man!
TGG is the best by far. I searched for videos to help grinding and making money on GTAO I seen so many youtubers but up long videos that could be shortened to 45 seconds. TGG is honest, to the point and as accurate as possible always, slways has and hopefully always will. I have never seen anything I would consider clickbait or fake news just to get a few views... If you would like any help if you play on xbox I'd be happy to help. Oh and also the TGG community always seem to have each others backs which I suppose is just mirroring TGG's energy at being supportive and helpful
@Passanger @EdFitz Thank you very much for offering to help me, I'm really grateful for it, but I'll have to respectfully deny you 2's offer, as I do not play GTA online consistently. Nonetheless, thank you very much again, you 2 just gave me a ray of hope for this game's community. I wish you all the best :)
@@EdyAlbulescu 😊 it’s okay, to be honest I also don’t play this game frequently, due to my work and all , I remember the days I used to grind money and that was way back , I know how lengthy and time taking it is , so I though i d offer u help 😊
Can't imagine the time it took you to edit the whole thing out. But it's only making this guide even more fun to watch. And boy, is it definitely helpful for newcomers. Well done, TGG. You definitelly helped some poor little Jimmy somewhere out there, with knowing what to do and buy.
Poor "little" jimmy should be playing fortnite not gta and if he has trouble with figuring out GTA which is all explained to you in game then i would probably suggest little jimmy plays a board game instead... If he can figure it out of course 🤷🏻
You can sell the MC businesses when they're full as a solo player and once you get them all, you'll want to do that so that you can reduce the time spent selling. The only exception is when you get the post op trucks, it's impossible to sell all 3 alone so you just want to find a new session and restart the mission. The dodo seaplane and garbage truck missions are close but you can just barely sell them within 30 minutes, everything else will leave you with at least 10 minutes left on the timer. You will need a buzzard, sparrow, or oppressor mk2 to do them all solo.
Videos like this one show just how much work TGG is willing to put in. He didn’t have to make this video because he already made separate guides on each business and made 2 Rags2Riches series. We appreciate all the hard work you put in to these videos and the work you put in to keeping the community up-to-date with Gta onlines news while being entertaining as well.
As much as i appreciate what you're saying youtubers first & foremost do it for themselves make good popular content get likes and subs Likes and subs as we all know equal 💵 💵 As for spending ages doing on the content well that's easy if you find a niche subject that you also enjoy and very popular with a certain demograghic (Young people) who just happen to make up over half of all youtube users... You're set 💵 💵 💵 💵 🤷🏻
@@ThatCarGuy1983 I understand what you mean and I guess you’re right but when you take 1 hour of recording and maybe 2-3 hours of editing remaking videos he already made, thats commitment.
This is an absolutely wonderful video for new players, pretty much covers everything you'd ever need to know about businesses. I'd just like to point out the editing on this video is just absolutely phenomenal.
Even though I already have bough all of this and I know how to make money, I am certain that this will be so useful to new players or people who have started to want to grind the game. This video was very well made video with alot of editing. Clearly alot of time and effort went into this video. Great job TGG
With the bunker, assign all staff to research first (assuming you have other businesses) because the ammo unlocks are well worth having as early as possible. Then reassign them to manufacturing after all are unlocked. 👍🏼
Honestly, I've found that the Minigun Turret upgrade for the Weaponized Tampa is far more useful than most of the unlockable ammo types. That turret makes the vehicle much more useful, especially nowadays where it's become my go-to vehicle for Asset Protection security contracts. Explosive Sniper Rifle rounds are a must-have, though.
I remember the numbers as manufacturing is twice as efficient as researching. So the optimal money wise way to do this is go full research for 7 minutes to get 1 % of research done, then buy the rest for 225k. If you got time to sit and wait, and have the cash, you can blast them out, but otherwise let it cook some product to sell, and when you got time to spare, let it research 1% of a new upgrade and then buy it, before switching back to manufacturing
Have to raise a point here, selling a full MC alone “may” give you up to four or three vehicles, or it may give you a truck with the whole lot in. It’s completely random which delivery vehicles you get and they vary greatly in time to deliver. All of them are possible to deliver solo apart from the Mail vans.
Also you have 30 min, not 15. The only one that i can't do solo is the mail van one i just exit the program if I get it really. The trashtruck one cuts it close, rest are easily done solo. I do sell in solo public sessions though.
I wasn't gonna get the arcade, until the recent MC business resupply discount. Not having to go to each business just to check stock levels for doing solo sell missions is amazing. The nightclub and arcade really are useful.
@@dreamyaim4676 You can do source missions for the Bunker, MC businesses, CEO businesses from the Terrobyte, but cant check on supply levels or do sell missions. And you cant check on the Nightclub. You have full access for all that plus everything else from the Arcade with the Terminal.
With the payphone hit you will need to do 3 contracts first and then wait for a call from Franklin on a random payphone when you have completed that assassination you can then ring Franklin whenever you want for another one. Also with the autoshop you get crew and classic paint for free and all upgrades will be unlocked no matter your level. You don't have to wait until level 100 or win a bunch of races to fully upgrade your car you can do it from level 1. I also think the exotic exports are worth doing. 20k isn't great but if you are driving through the city and see one it only takes a couple of minutes to deliver it to the docks and you get 20k and some car meet rep. Also the cars you can customize and deliver for customers can be bought. Just upgrade the car the way you want for 25k - 35k and back out and buy it. You may lose a little bit of money if the customer isn't happy with the mods but all mods for that car will be free.
tip for vehicle warehouses: when selling, be in a lobby with only your friend and have them be a CEO for a different business. this means there will be no griefers or npcs trying to blow up the car
I last played GTA online in 2016. It’s practically a whole new game now. You’ve compiled the information so succinctly and effectively that I didn’t even notice an hour has passed. Amazing work man, thanks for the guide!
6:00 Also, with the MC businesses they give you 30 minutes for every sell mission not 15. The only thing that gives you 15 minutes is the gun running. Nine times out of 10 if you are selling them solo it is possible to sell mostly everything by yourself if you don’t waste any time. The only mission that it is not possible is the post OP van. Just a quick note. I don’t know if you just accidentally said that or if you didn’t know.
I think the issue is that TGG doesn't really sell stock. He does heists and stunts and makes great content, but I'm pretty sure he hasn't spent heaps of time grinding MC businesses He's a great content creator and the entertainment and production value are top notch. You can't expect perfection when covering this many businesses, so the comments section helps
Thank you TGG. Even though I don't need this tutorial cuz I'm already successful (thanks to you 😊) but it's still nice to see you putting so much effort into your videos.
A side note for the nightclub: if you want to max out the popularity fast, simply go down into where your goods are kept and go to the computer there, then swap between DJ's, do it until the popularity bar is full. Down in the basement area, doing this won't trigger the cutscene that usually plays, plus if you keep doing this when the popularity goes down, it won't cost all that much. If you go from none to max, it'll cost ya about 100k, same price for any of the DJ's first time payments. SO yeah, if you keep the popularity up, it would only cost ya like 20-30k, which if you have the other nightclub money maker sides already setup and the other businesses setup, then it really won't hurt ya. Plus, if you are a person who normally goes AFK for a longer time, I'd suggest standing in front of the open safe and get it so either a button is pressed or a controllers joystick is being moved, just so the game doesn't boot you after like 15 minutes. This way, the safe won't fill up and you get 50K every 48 minutes. The popularity will go down, yes, but if you have the upgrades, not that fast. You can leave the game running like this for, I'd say, 2 maybe 4 hours? Yeah, about that and you'll gain a good chunk of money, 100-300k.
no the best way to max popularity is to do the missions that your Marsel gives you, all you have to do is kick someone out and you can keep re entering your nightclub and doing that until its full
Go passive mode before you enter the nightclub and you’ll always get the mission where you have to throw someone out. This way you never have to do the one where you drive someone to their home or the hospital.
Love the new editing style! You’re the best GTA guide imo and have helped me so much to understand the game. I still watch all your videos and guides even though I already have everything (thanks to you for making previous guides). I’ve been watching for well over a year now and have loved seeing your channel grow. Keep up all the great work!!!
In terms of the Bunker, I'd say that a good threshold for solo cargo sales is when it's worth ~$100k (assuming no weekly bonuses). You can go over that amount and still have it as one vehicle, but that $100k mark is a nice round number to aim for, while still allowing for some degree of overshoot (in case you're a bit late on the sale). EDIT: 30:36 - I'd avoid the Land Act Reservoir Facility at all costs. It may seem closest on the map, but the routes to it are such a pain that you're better off getting one of the cheaper ones. The Wind Farm Facility is a much better choice. EDIT 2: 40:20 - That 100k cost is only for the first time you book a DJ. After you've booked them once, you can swap back to them for 10k. With the upgrade to the Nightclub that reduces how quickly your popularity decays, you can in essence get a similar income from the Nightclub safe as you can the Arcade safe, as with this decay reduction upgrade and starting with maxed popularity you will earn 10k for the first two days, then drop down to 9k for the third. Booking a new DJ on the second day will cost the same as the profits from that day, but it will also max out your popularity again, so repeating this process will grant you 10k over 2 days, matching the Arcades' passive income of 5k per day.
I speedrun cayo perico setups and do the finale after 30 minutes and then at the end of the hour start selling all my business goods. Easy way to make 1.75 mil - 2.5 mil an hour. Hope this helps anyone out especially ones that only have a couple hours a day to sit on the console like myself
This guy is one of, if not, the best RUclipsr when it comes to gta online. He always goes in depth on every video no matter what it is, he explains how to do anything in the simplest and easiest way, even making guides for people who prefer to play solo
This is a fantastic guide. Almost every major point about the businesses that needed to be made, was made. Sure there were a few specifics here and there that were skipped over (trade prices, collections in Import/Export, etc) but I assume you go into detail about these in other guides. If I run into new players who need up to date guides on how to make money in GTA, this is where I'll point them.
Really great video. Your guides are the best around and you’ve helped me get my 5 businesses running through my nightclub, kosatka, agency, and CEO office and now sitting on $12 mill and counting after 4 months of pretty casual play. Couldn’t have gotten anywhere without these guides
Ngl you can actually get like 10 mil in 1 day by grinding cayo nonstop - depending on how much time you have. For me a run takes like 1 hour, so 10 mil would mean 10 hours
The bunker sale missions are 15 mins, the MC businesses get 30mins for sales. As long as you don’t get the mail trucks and you have the oppereser II most can be done solo. Sea planes boats and motercycles for sure, garbage trucks with practice can be done solo. Mail trucks impossible to do solo, and of course the large truck is never a problem (rare but happens).
Thank you for such densely packed and wide ranging information. I’ve been binging business guide videos from various content creators and you win the “most worth my time” award.
another thing to note that Special Cargo job is also very beneficial for beginners as they gave out quite a sum of RP, that's a nice way to grind money *and* leveling up your character at the same time. I got from level 60 to 85 in a mere 2-3 days of lazy-ass grinding (switching between 1 vehicle cargo, 2 crate cargo + headhunter). and I only do it for about 3-5 hours a day.
Great video! GTA Online is weirdly complicated nowdays, and the game doesn't really try to explain sruff to the player. Super useful video not only for new players, but also for veterans, who are going back to the game after a long time.
For the warehouses, I personally have 5 smalls and 1 medium, doing it solo and well, it's quite quick to fill 'em up and well, each time you sell a full small warehouse, you will get over 200k. Most of the time I've sold full small warehouses I did get 2 vehicles, but the sell points were very close by and I was given good vehicles or even just got lucky and got handed a plane drop mission. I mostly empty out the smalls, I keep filling up the medium one and will be selling it once it gets fully full.
All the hardwork from gathering info’s to editing video, really appreciated. Played this game since jan 2018 and ngl those infos are true. Some tips: - Buy op mk2, buzzard & sparrow for easy transportation. - Solo players (if want to grind money) do CEO Crates or Vehicles, Cayo Perico Heist, Agency VIP & security contracts & Sell nightclub goods
All of this is just common knowledge and where without a shark card purchase is a lonely low rank going to get the 3.8mil for a fucking OPmk2 from??? 🤣 The first one was correct just buy a buzzard that's how all us OG's did it all them years ago 🤷🏻
@@ThatCarGuy1983 When you factor the Nightclub and the Terrorbyte for missiles it's over 7mil. However, even for transportation you would spend the 3.8 mil as you said. Most helicopters even are faster than the MK2. Even planes like the Dodo or the Velum are way faster. Imagine jets. Honestly if you have 3.8 mil to spend and want transportation buy a fucking Hydra. It's the fastest plane with the speed glitch and pretty viable in PVP
Your editor is on point, shout-out to them! Love the glow, love the timing and slight sound effects, love the important quote highlights, LOVE the color coding- just all great great great! And the info my guy, very helpful & clear, thanks!
Your solo rags to riches literally made my character. I only spent like 100 hours, probably even less to buy the kosatka. Now I've made 80 million, and can buy whatever i want. Thank you
TGG I think that you're invincible! The level of effort and time that must have gone into this, the animations and the utter clarity of the video. It's just 😘 mwahh! Keep up the great work!
2:11 I often go to my clubhouse, I have today 3 MC businesses and before getting the arcade room it’s important cause it allows me to see where my businesses are, the level of products or supplies, quite handy when it comes to decide which one to resupply first 😅
Never really took GTA too seriously til recently . I started watching your vids to help me grind in the most efficient way possible. I literally leveled up and earned all my properties in less than 2 weeks thanks to your guides , i watched this video to make sure i wast missing anything and you actually wrapped up everything perfectly , Thanks for all the work put into these videos 🔥🔥
I don't play GTA that much these days but I stay subbed to this guy because he fricken earned it. His channel is just the best for genuine GTA content!
This is literally the best game explanation/tutorial video I ever watched. And I watched loads. The graphics are great, presentation is awesome, especially when you project it on backgrounds in the actual game. 10/10 sending this to all my friends I’m hoping to get back in the game. Nice work!
This one actually worked. The way you explained to close the interaction then press right on d pad made so much more sense. Then the reassurance that if I don't spawn outside with my arena vehicle to just go back into the MOC. Thank you for allowing me to accomplish this and letting something in my life to go right for once.
I know others have said this but man, you are absolutely killing it not only in terms of content and your organization of it all, but in your editing. Seriously you’re right up there with Dark Space in every way, including your visuals. Keep it up man, you’re doing so good!
Man this js one of the best videos I've ever seen. just so incredibly useful and good quality. Real effort went into it and it shows in the script and in the editing
10:20 just a quick thing about the bunker, you can sell a full bunker if you swap sessions till you get the phantom wedges mission. You have 2 phantom wedges that you have to deliver near or even on the airport with enough time if you have chumash since you have 15 min and it’s about a 5 min drive to the airport with the phantom.
For the bunker, when you buy supplies it’s the perfect amount to fill the supply bar to a point where you only have one vehicle . I have both upgrades and I profit around 70k every time I buy supplies.
I sell by myself self when it's full, and I get the supplies for only 15k, so it's 75k for a full bunker worth over a mil, and since the investment is so low I don't mind risking selling in public lobbies for even more profit
For beginners who are a bit short on money, a good alternative is to do 1 sale mission with a 2 bar vehicle (i.e. armored truck) and then buy the rest of your supplies for 45k instead of 75k (each bar of supplies removes 15k from the buy supplies option - the bar has to be full tho. If you have 19% supply, it wont count and youll have to pay the full 75k. If you have 20.1% you pay 60k for supplies Also, disagreed on the sale amount. You can easily manage 2 vehicles unless you start at the paleto bay bunker, and in the case of flying vehicles, 30 mins is more then enough for even all 4. If i had to split that by business, id say Weed : 1/2 Cash : full Forgery : full Meth : 1/2 Coke : 1/2 Bunker : 1/4 if in paleto bay, 1/2 if in a good spot
I’ve been a long time grinder and didn’t even realize you can always source top level vehicles by keeping the others stored. This man is a G for making such an amazing video.
With the sparrow from the submarine you can do most of the sell missions solo with a full bar of stock. But as a beginner they are really hard to manage.
A great refresher video man. Thank you. I retired 2 years ago with everything current in 2020, all the cool vehicles in garages, and 22 million. Now I see there are more things to do!
Thanks in advance for this. I really just started playing online after all these years. I'm only level 30 something. All these businesses and quests, my phone ringing off the hook for things I can't even do yet or can't afford, are overwhelming. Man, the criminal life ain't easy lol
Only reason I would do apartment heists again is doing the criminal mastermind challenge. That was one hell of a grind and it was so much fun redoing all of them in order - wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I found 3 other grinders wanting to do it
If you're a new player, get the Kosatka sub. I'm really new as well. Making money is super easy with it, I already have a Nightclub fully set up at only 40 hours of playtime
I am a new player and currently I have a maze office, a small house, a small garage, a supercar and 1.1M Dollars in the bank. I haven't played any missions or anything. It's my first day. What should I do ? ( I got all of these for free from epic games )
all upgrades on nightclub get popularity up then every 3 days in game go throw out drunks , if a VIP mission pops up walk out of club back in and repeat until its just drunk to throw out. This method keeps your popularity up high and passive income is great cause it pays 50k every in game day and with upgrades barely goes down in popularity any
The warehouses are my most profitable businesses by far. I've made over 5 million with one vehicle and one cargo warehouse in a span of 2 weeks. Very solo friendly!
My editor & I have been working on this for MONTHS! If you want more videos with this style, check out Rags to Riches Solo I did a while back, pretty similar I think
It would have been useful to mention the speed boost the hangar gives. According to what I've seen tested helicopters are around 30% faster if taken from the hangar as opposed to being spawned in through the interaction menu. Planes apparently get a bonus, too, but only at high altitude. This, I didn't verify and do not care much about. A hangar Akula can be about as fast as a Hydra, though.
Sry, do u mean there is a difference in the speed of aircraft when u spawn it from M menu vs when you go to your hangar and get it from there?? Why is it so omg?
The editing 😍 So good.. but we’ll needed to see the entirety of the business world in Los Santos haha ! Never realised the nightclub would be so complex when it was one of my first 🥺 The editing made it so easy to understand + learn quicker.. Thank you TGG 🥰✌🏻
For the CEO warehouses you can actually sell a full stock solo but its best if you have an oppressor mark 2. It makes sourcing the cargo so much easier and it allows you seek and destroy any NPC's before you make your sell mission. I've been doing that for years. One thing I recommend is to sell and source the cargo in a solo lobby. If makes everything so much easier.
You can't do CEO work in a solo session has to be public you just have to manipulate your router so you are in a solo public if that's actually what you meant..
@@ThatCarGuy1983 I don't think you read my comment correctly lol. I know we can't sell in a solo lobby, what i said is that its possible to sell a full large crate warehouse by yourself just as long as you got oppressor MK 2. ( Solo sell )
Never EVER buy the Security upgrades for the MC businesses. It's broken and doesn't stop or slow down raids. The Nightclub and bunker security upgrades are worth it.
Omg, ty sssooo much for this. You explain things in such a clear n simple manner. I haven't played since beating GTA 3 and trying to figure out wtf I'm supposed to be doing,, has NOT been going well. Your guide is awesome. Mad respect!
40:08 It only cost $100k when you book a DJ for the first time and you have to do a little mission. After that it's only 10k to rebook a DJ you've already unlocked but that will not max boost the popularity of your night club, but it will boost it some what. So one of the best ways to increase popularity (if it isn't at zero), is to do a popularity job, rebook a DJ, then do another popularity job. The $10k that it cost to rebook the DJ will get paid back in your safe in less than 48 mins. The best passive income is the Arcade since once you fill the arcade with games, that's it. There are no boring maintenance jobs, like you do with the nightclub. Same with the Agency, but getting 200 jobs down is a super grind, but after that you can just leave it be. The CEO office also has a safe but there's no passive income to it... why is it there?
Completing a Nightclub Management mission gives your Nightclub a 25% popularity boost. Re-booking DJs (at 10K) recovers 10% popularity. Dancing in your own club, a meager 5%. I don’t know how much popularity is gained when booking a new DJ for the first time.
The Agency is a semi-active business IMO. You have to do quite a bit of contract work to build up that passive income, but the money made from doing said contracts makes up for legwork. Plus it gives you a means to wait out cooldown timers after completing heists or Payphone hit.
For the people who save up all of the money in the 5 different large special cargo warehouses and wait for the 2x money, do you buy the protection upgrade, and what’s the best amount of cargo to have? This seems like a good idea but I don’t wanna keep on having to do the save your business missions every 5m
I always buy the security upgrade for my businesses and warehouses when available cause it lowers the chance of the businesses getting raided. By that I mean the businesses can still get raided, it just won't get raided as often. For instance ever since I started getting the security upgrades my businesses have only been raided once and that was a few months ago. However, the decision on whether or not to buy the security upgrade is ultimately up to you cause it's your money PS the only time I don't buy the security upgrades is if I don't plan on using the business or if I plan on trading in the business for one in another location. Personally I run my businesses through my nightclub except for import/export cause that can't be run from the nightclub since your character has to physically retrieve and sell the vehicles 🤷♀️
@DC Mr Funyun For larges fill up your warehouses to 75 or preferably 77 and let them sit until double, when it does happen fill them all up to 111 and sell (having 78+ crates has a chance of getting raided). They’re isn’t a security upgrade for special cargo warehouses so I’m gonna assume you’re talking about delivery vehicle upgrades, if you’re playing in solo pubs honestly the only ones you need are the tugboat speed and the plane armor upgrades.
@@xSG199x exactly. Though I don't own the tugboat nor plan on getting a tugboat. So I avoid ones requiring a tugboat. Yes I play in solo pub but only for sell missions other than that I do invite only PS I know there isn't a security upgrade for special cargo warehouses, that's why I said "I buy the security upgrades when available" lol

However, this will not allow you to play with friends or partake in missions with friends, also more likely to fail finding a new session
Or you can do 850, which will do the same thing BUT also allows for friends to join you and is almost guranteed to succesfully find a session. However, it is less likely to find a fully solo lobby, people are not kicked if they are with you therefore any online account allows acces for more users to join, also makes it so you cant do heists or missions with others

Nice info man
Or you can go to a public lobby and use resource monitor glitch and boom ur all alone in a public session

I ranked up to 100 fast asf playing these 3x rp and money this week
Well my strategy is very simple and as someone who started not long ago, I feel like the profit is coming pretty fast. Here we go:
Here are the things I have bought so far in a chronological order:
- Sparrow helicopter (Kosatka upgrade) - the reason this is so important, is that with the Kosatka most missions will require you to work with different terrain (water, city, mountains etc.) The Sparrow spawns directly in the Kosatka.
- NC upgrades - these were really expensive, but with them the income from the nightclub will come much faster
- Mobile Operation Centre - now this is the latest thing I bought and I must admit that the main reason for this was that it's on a big sale right now and I am sure the MOC will help me in the long run.
Thx I’m gonna do what u did
U definitely helped me thanks man!

Cool, thanks for the info
thanks man
Thank you
Magic trick: Only running TWO CRATE missions is cheaper and potentially faster. You have more chances for vehicles and you have shorter "long-haul missions". Only cross-map missions take longer than five minutes and even then it's only a minute or two.

If you got time to sit and wait, and have the cash, you can blast them out, but otherwise let it cook some product to sell, and when you got time to spare, let it research 1% of a new upgrade and then buy it, before switching back to manufacturing
no research is useless

Have to raise a point here, selling a full MC alone “may” give you up to four or three vehicles, or it may give you a truck with the whole lot in. It’s completely random which delivery vehicles you get and they vary greatly in time to deliver. All of them are possible to deliver solo apart from the Mail vans.
Also you have 30 min, not 15. The only one that i can't do solo is the mail van one i just exit the program if I get it really. The trashtruck one cuts it close, rest are easily done solo. I do sell in solo public sessions though.
@@TobyDK91 You get 15 for the bunker mission which is frustrating as hell.

I wasn't gonna get the arcade, until the recent MC business resupply discount.
Not having to go to each business just to check stock levels for doing solo sell missions is amazing.
The nightclub and arcade really are useful.
@@dreamyaim4676 Only the arcade has the Master Control Terminal. If you know how the Terrobyte works, it's similar but better than the Terrobyte. IMO.
He does heists and stunts and makes great content, but I'm pretty sure he hasn't spent heaps of time grinding MC businesses

I was gonna put this info on the nightclub in, but you did great in explaining it. Cheers.

Sea planes boats and motercycles for sure, garbage trucks with practice can be done solo. Mail trucks impossible to do solo, and of course the large truck is never a problem (rare but happens).

another thing to note that Special Cargo job is also very beneficial for beginners as they gave out quite a sum of RP, that's a nice way to grind money *and* leveling up your character at the same time.

This is literally the best game explanation/tutorial video I ever watched. And I watched loads. The graphics are great, presentation is awesome, especially when you project it on backgrounds in the actual game. 10/10 sending this to all my friends I’m hoping to get back in the game. Nice work!
Innit.. Great speed run down on GTA online as it stands today etc.. 👍 👏
As someone who’s last update was the introduction of the casino, this was fantastic. Thank you. Finally back to Los Santos
Dude this video should come with any purchased copy. This is how you tutorial. Much respect
Holy crap, I am honestly just genuinely surprised how well this video was made. Such a great job at explaining everything
You have 2 phantom wedges that you have to deliver near or even on the airport with enough time if you have chumash since you have 15 min and it’s about a 5 min drive to the airport with the phantom.
you can do it with insurgence and mk2 as well on the 3 drop one
And the monster trucks but its close
I can really feel the quality and effort put into this video, nice job!
For the bunker, when you buy supplies it’s the perfect amount to fill the supply bar to a point where you only have one vehicle . I have both upgrades and I profit around 70k every time I buy supplies.
Nicee
You sell for 210k which equals 140k profit. Pretty good profit for a quick delivery
@@howdyl6456 Yeah, my man is doing something wrong at 70k profit.
I sell by myself self when it's full, and I get the supplies for only 15k, so it's 75k for a full bunker worth over a mil, and since the investment is so low I don't mind risking selling in public lobbies for even more profit
10 minutes for sell mission and 2 hours and 20 minutes to produce so 135k every 2 and a half hours not bad passive money
If you have 20.1% you pay 60k for supplies
Also, disagreed on the sale amount. You can easily manage 2 vehicles unless you start at the paleto bay bunker, and in the case of flying vehicles, 30 mins is more then enough for even all 4. If i had to split that by business, id say
Weed : 1/2
Cash : full
Forgery : full
Meth : 1/2
Coke : 1/2
Bunker : 1/4 if in paleto bay, 1/2 if in a good spot
I’ve been a long time grinder and didn’t even realize you can always source top level vehicles by keeping the others stored. This man is a G for making such an amazing video.
Although older, excellent video🙂 Haven't been on in a bit and needed an update on what the newer businesses did, thank you!😁
With the sparrow from the submarine you can do most of the sell missions solo with a full bar of stock. But as a beginner they are really hard to manage.
A great refresher video man. Thank you. I retired 2 years ago with everything current in 2020, all the cool vehicles in garages, and 22 million. Now I see there are more things to do!
You did a great job on this! The editing was very impressive and the video itself was great. I can tell you worked hard on this

That was one hell of a grind and it was so much fun redoing all of them in order - wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I found 3 other grinders wanting to do it

all upgrades on nightclub get popularity up then every 3 days in game go throw out drunks , if a VIP mission pops up walk out of club back in and repeat until its just drunk to throw out. This method keeps your popularity up high and passive income is great cause it pays 50k every in game day and with upgrades barely goes down in popularity any
Definitely gotta do an updated version of this
The warehouses are my most profitable businesses by far. I've made over 5 million with one vehicle and one cargo warehouse in a span of 2 weeks. Very solo friendly!

Hey looking for friend on GTA... send me your PSN name

Once I bought the security upgrade for my coke lockup I haven’t been robbed nearly as often
@@CLfreak246 Booking a DJ for the first time increases popularity by 100% iirc

For the people who save up all of the money in the 5 different large special cargo warehouses and wait for the 2x money, do you buy the protection upgrade, and what’s the best amount of cargo to have? This seems like a good idea but I don’t wanna keep on having to do the save your business missions every 5m
I always buy the security upgrade for my businesses and warehouses when available cause it lowers the chance of the businesses getting raided. By that I mean the businesses can still get raided, it just won't get raided as often. For instance ever since I started getting the security upgrades my businesses have only been raided once and that was a few months ago. However, the decision on whether or not to buy the security upgrade is ultimately up to you cause it's your money
PS the only time I don't buy the security upgrades is if I don't plan on using the business or if I plan on trading in the business for one in another location.
Yes I play in solo pub but only for sell missions other than that I do invite only
PS I know there isn't a security upgrade for special cargo warehouses, that's why I said "I buy the security upgrades when available" lol
Just leave your CEO unless your actually using it that way you won't be raided it's only a slim chance I'll get raided because I'll register as a CEO
