The businesses were my favorite way to make money in online; they felt like "normal" illicit work. But they can be a grueling grind if that's all you invest in. I'm fond of the idea if businesses make a return for Grand Theft Auto VI in story mode, they'll be a little more expanded and fun to experience. And although I'm aware the online is supposed to be a long-term endeavor, I hope they make better use of the open world, beyond "go here, and deliver this."
Idk the way TakeTwo and Rockstar are aggressively pushing micro transactions and the fact that gta6 could be the last gta. Could mean gta6 is the most grindy gta game yet.

GTA should allow NPCs to assist on the old heists that require 4 players. Also, certain businesses should buffed when you own certain businesses, e.g. coke buff for owning nightclub and yacht, weed buffed for owning an arcade and auto shop, etc.
As someone that started playing young, and whose friends didn't play GTAV, I never got to play more than a couple heist setups with randoms online. I've never done a heist on GTAO, but I really would love to. They look fun. Allowing NPCs to assist would add endless fun for me, and allow me to experience the entire game.
@@grafando Yep, and I hope that if not anymore if GTA Online, they'll learn at least for the GTA Online 2 with the player requirements. Everything besides like races and adversary modes should be soloable and in places where multiple people need to play multiple roles (i.e. old heists), we should have the ability to hire npcs, either good or bad like in singleplayer. And if they don't want us to take all the profit solo, then have us pay those NPCs and share the cut with them. It sucks having content in online that has a mandatory requirement of having friends that are actively playing and want to do it with you.
Fr my brother just started and he on xbox (im on PS) and all he can do right now is those heists but has to wait an hour for people to join just for them to leave, makes it hard for new players to make money
The CEO office is at least good for making an easy $50k for delivering executive office mixed goods once every in-game day. Combine that with delivering the ammo for your bunker, delivering a bike for your clubhouse, and now picking up a couple cars for your salvage yard, and you're over $200k every 48 minutes for very easy work.
I have a pretty good loop going on my CEO office. I own only the 3 large warehouses closest to the docks and bought the swift helicopter which is at the top of the leave via vehicle menu in the office. So the secretary starts my export mixed goods mission, talk to her again and push A 3 more times to leave via helicopter. Fly to the north most warehouse which takes about 1:15, go in and get the tech to source crates, then take either the helicopter or truck to the next warehouse and repeat two more times, then deliver to the docks. The whole process takes 5 minutes plus or minus 10 seconds depending on which warehouse the truck was at.
That's what I used to do when I was first starting. Do a mixed goods and bunker run. Quick 100k. Now, to me the nightclub "feels" like I make the most money there. I'll get on and do my rounds and once I get to the nightclub I've got atleast 200k in the safe and can sell my goods for another 500k.

I usually do this now. Salvage yard tow truck mission: 80k or 100k, Ceo export mixed goods: 50k Payphone hit: 85k Nightclub safe: 100k Mc bike deliveries: 60k Bunker weapon sell mission: 50k Which is 425k every hour for me and if my acid lab is full I sell in a public lobby which is an easy 550k
The chop shop adds a nice mix, at least for us to be able to enjoy the game while still making some money. There’s only so many times you can do the contract and cayo perico and not get bored

The Agency and Acid lab got me rich at this game. It sucked selling acid in the rain but for double pay it was easy money. I would deliver the bunker truck, sell the acid, mod a bike, do some Agency, collect the Nightclub safe. Just went around in circles doing this and random events once in a while. Now I just cruise around and collect money from safes when they fill up
Same. Went on a 17 mil with just over 5 left over shopping splurge just bc of this combo you mentioned. As a solo player ,this is one of the best ways to make money fast. sure it's getting mind numbingly dull doing the data leaks but they're easy and once you get a routine down it's doable in an hour maybe less . Agency and Acid lab is the way to do it.

Yep as someone who stopped playing at beginning of 2021 this helps with the new stuff, especially during pandemic all did was solo The Cayo Perico Heist and made millions but understand they’ve made it so you don’t earn as much now from that heist.
I appreciate that there are options. It seems today that you can literally wander the map and find random things to do. From cars to steal for the import list, safe houses to quickly hit to resupply your businesses, drug dealers to sell your stash to quickly, cars to mod and sell, guns to deliver, passive income from business safes, and all of that before actually doing something. I stopped doing anything multi-player so old heists (and Casino) are dead to me. The fact that Rockstar realized that players wanted a solo experience was the greatest thing to happen to online.
The Auto Shop is probably one of the best “early” business to buy. The heists are easily grindable, you can do it solo, and it makes enough money for you to start buying other businesses.
@@imranmoe6551for modifying cars you get from 20k to 30k after paying the fee, but it has contracts with payouts ranging from 150k to 300k, contracts are small heists with 2 preparation missions
Agree I’ve made some cool online mates and I’ve just been playing for 4 months. Helped me get every Business, over 20+ cars. I’ve learned so much from them man and I am on 140XP but play like 600XP player.
A small tip I have is that if you are playing with a friend if you both set up a casino heist at the same time and split the money 50/50 in both heists you will make about 1.25 mil an hour. You can also do this with the Cayo Perico heist.
I like this idea. I also love the fact that me and my friend would have 4 heists in total: 2 cayo and 2 diamond. We would do these together and we rack up about 4mil dollars. We don't speedrun and aim for the elite challenge but its quite fun to do
Me an my friend ran cayo like that on a daily basis til they nerfed it, the reduced payout has really put us off bothering with it now tho so we focus on the casino instead, payout is a bit lower but sp is the setup cost so it balances nicely
Doing Terrobyte and CEO missions interchangeably was the move, the terrobyte robbery one was 30k a pop, and the 2 specific CEO missions were really easy to do and were like 25k each, doing them while the other was on cooldown was a nice way to make some extra money while waiting for the passive stuff to fill up for a big sale (it was even easier with an opressor mk2)
Warehouses also give access to a sale done through your assistant similar to the ammunations sale at the bunker. The only real difference is the location is static for the drop off at the terminal which is within a mile of the bulk of the large Warehouses meaning sales can legitimately be done in less than a minute sometimes
MAJOR PSA INVOLVING THE ACID LAB FOR NEW PLAYERS: You absolutely *need* to upgrade this to make it turn a reasonable profit. To do this, you need to do a number of Dax missions (I believe 25 of them). It is an absolutely terrible business before the upgrade, but jumps up to the tier in this video easily once you have upgraded it. So if you bought one and think it sucks... start doing those Dax jobs!
I mean, it seems to be worth doing even without the upgrades, spend 130k make around 260k per supply buying/sell. Not groundbreaking but pretty solid while you do the 1 Fooligan mission you can do per in-game day (48 minutes)
I like how they implemented the nightclub into the motorcycle club businesses. You can also run both the separate motorcycle club businesses and nightclub deliveries separately.
Yep this is nice. The only reason I own the MC businesses is to funnel them through the nightclub. I can’t remember the last time I registered as an MC president lol.
What i like to do when i come online, 1. Payphone hit for 85k 2. Bunker weapon sell mission 50k 3. CEO Office export mixed goods 50k Thats in my opinion the most chill way to get 185k in no time before getting to the other businesses for the 48mins timer to reset. Also to save extra time set your spawn location to the bunker/ceo office and switch/start a new lobby like invite only as example so you can skip the driving part and get all done even faster.
I start with getting on killing people help people with heist try to find friends they kill me I kill them then proceed to my arcade check qll my business are full check my rp then grind arena war for rusty tractor talk trash to other kids like me then get off and when people say I play to much I have 127k hours over 11 in game years
It's just not possible for some of them. The older heists are built around teams of people. How could you do the prison break if you needed to be going through the prison and flying a plane overhead at the same time?
For the bunker is has to be mentioned that the daily mission of breaking into a hideout of the drugmakers where u have to crack the safe, automatically fills up the bunkers supplies completly (if u have the production activated). This makes is the best passive income source imo. No need to steal or buy supplies at all, just farming money for literally doing nothing

8:30 Those blue dot cars for the auto shop that u can drive to the docks for 25k or so are underrated in this vid bc those only require a few min at most with no setup or loading time so the actual time spent doing those the money isn't bad. I do those almost every time I see them. Also a good way to test drive interesting cars and sometimes I end up buying a car after driving it over to the docks and being impressed.
I've had the auto shop about a week now and haven't seen a single blue dot that turned out to be one of the vehicles, always one of the normal blue dot events like passed out guard, money truck, robber etc. Do I need to do something before they start spawning or am I just getting unlucky?
@@2ndTooth I noticed those blue dot cars have increased over the past few days. The previous two weeks I hadn't seen any at all either, but hopefully was a temp. glitch. maybe visit your auto shop and send your assistants on car deliveries if you haven't done that in a while. perhaps that is a part of the formula or something.
@@DdossAttacks they finally started appearing the next day of course lol but very inconsistent, got all 10 first day but the next only 7 then only 3 the next day and yesterday I only found 8 despite spending the whole day online driving around. At least they're spawning now I guess lol
If you own the salvage yard next to the hospital, you can spawn the cargo bob a block away and park it next to the business. When you start a tow mission that ends up being across the map you can fly the tow truck there much faster. If you hook it by the top of the tow rig it is almost weightless. You can ascend and fly away with the truck as if you had no cargo at all. It’s sort of a glitch. If you hook it traditionally the truck weighs quite a bit. I tried to bypass the tow truck and just fly the car to the shop then hook it up to the truck. You get the animation of the tow truck driving in with the car but once inside there is no car on the lift so don’t do that.
The safe expansion in the new Chop Shop is very underrated... As is the safe itself. The Agency's safe can make you incredible amounts of money, and I'm so glad the new business has the same concept of you doing more jobs to make the daily amount increase. Getting 20k every 48min is crazy, and you only have to go and fetch it once a while... And this is where the bigger safe comes in, less frequent trips to fetch the money. A surprisingly good update, not to mention the awesome vehicles. Can't wait to see more of GTA6
Grinded so much Cayo Perico early -- back when it was 1.5 million payout guaranteed without much of a cool down -- that now that it pays this low I can't play it. I've been doing all the older content I missed, some of the newer stuff, but the air missions are a definite must try for me now since I never did them. Thank you for the rankings!
On a related note, you can do the Stash House once a day to resupply one of the Motorcycle Club (MC) businesses, the Bunker, and the Acid Lab. However, you will never resupply one of those businesses you either don't own or where the supply is currently full when you rob the Stash house. So, in my case, I hate doing most of the Bunker deliveries or Counterfeit Cash, so I just leave the supplies maxed on those and never make a sale and they are never resupplied. I don't mind selling to Drug Dealers though as there are multiple sources to see the daily locations and which things are selling at 2x, so one of my drug businesses is always getting resupplied for free. That supplements the income from the Nightclub stock that builds up passively for each of the assigned warehouse employees which happen to match up with the MC businesses, etc.
I think I’d agree with everything. The cargo warehouse, if you have 5 large, it’s a real grind to get all 5 filled up to 111 crates. BUT, worth noting that it’s more of an investment, if you nip around to all 5 when you log on, and again before you log off, and send the staff off to get cargo, you should be near enough full between each time they do x2 pay. When it’s x2, in a full lobby, all 5 are worth a crap load. I wouldn’t bother getting crates yourself. Far too time consuming.
Precisely effectively making the Crates a passive business...HUGE! I'm not as diligent as I should be but 37,500 every 48min and gradually build up a nice little nest egg. Kingpin shit 🤘
I base my time off of da 48 minute clock 4 da techs. Da 1st ting I do wen I login 2 gta is sell my bunker, Den get all 5 techs 2 source crates 4 me, Den sell my Acid Lab n do my prepaid Cayo heist n prepaid Union Depository Bank Heist. By da time I have done dat 48mins have gone by n Iv made 2.6 million in my 1st 48mins of playin. Another block of 48mins time sell my MC businesses or prep da Dre Contract.
Agency, auto shop, nightclub, bunker, in that order, is what I recommend for new players. Technically the acid lab should be first because you get close to 1 mil for first time completion of Drug Wars, which should fund your first business purchase. Once you get the nightclub, focus on buying the top 4 biker businesses for that warehouse and you’ll be raking in millions

Rockstar should make all the heists completable solo. Seems like you would be able to complete them without any help. I would accept a slight pay cut, just give me the option.
My current favorite business for 2024 is Bottom Dollar Bounties. I've made about 900k in 5 hours. Bounties from 30k to 150k are pretty decent prices, And they are quick, And fun.
The businesses that have multiple mini heists like chop shop and auto shop, should have more equal pay across the missions. They get boring because to get the most money, you only do one over and over and over, but if they had similiar payout, you would get more variety.
auto shop is the best one in my opinion. it gives you a discount on upgrades, it unlocks all upgrades for you, you have employees to deliver cars for you, and exotic cars down around the map for you to deliver

If y’all have a friend on gta I suggest you both run cayo perico togather on both of your guys submarines so you could get money from your heist and your friends heist while only having to wait for a 45 min cooldown and not a 3 hour cooldown and then do a casino heist while your Kosatka is on cooldown so you can make money while waiting for your money to get ready
Everybody forgets that the Clubhouse has a bar which will make you passive money when you supply it. Not very good money, but it could technically be ranked among the other passive businesses.
This is a dope video. Haven't been playing much but definitely plan on playing more until GTA 6 releases. The trailer for GTA 6 got me hyped. Maybe for the new year we could get a video doing a money making guide based on a set number of hours. So like if someone had 1-2 or 2-4 or 6-8 hours to play what would be the best order of businesses, heists and side/random missions to make the most money. I feel like I can't be the only person coming back to the game wondering the best way to grind online especially with a brand new dlc. Keep up the good work I look forward to the next video
90 minutes to complete the cayo? thats cute. I've got it down to 42 minutes solo from first scope out, to final payout. and down to about 32 minutes when doing setups/heist with a friend
generally speaking, it's best to get the businesses with a passive safe started sooner rather than later as they are free money you get with minimal input while you're off doing something else or heck you can go afk while you're off doing something else and the income will generate automatically.
Personally, I haven't had need to do the submarine heist anymore. Between the auto shop, nightclub, acid lab, agency/payphone hits and now the scrap yard, I make enough money
The Cayo is boring, I stopped months ago when I logged onto RUclips and saw people saying that now the guards spot dead bodies. Do they still do that? I wouldn’t know how to do it now because I had a system and route and don’t know if it would work anymore and cba to figure out how to do it plus I hate preps
@@gottiesttyrant5528 Yes they still do it, and solo it's easier to do longfin method and get the $$ loot bag $$ full at the airport, head to drainage tunnel then run past all guards to get to the little safe next to table with key card, then go down elevator grab the loot, exit via elevator, skip all guards again and reach the exit...kill guy near bike, kill guy near helicoptor and then kill guy in jeep...then fly the dirt bike off of the cliff and swim out until it's over. This if done right is always elite bonus under 15min and around 1mil every 2hr 30min.
The MC Club has Bike deliveries, which are like the Auto-Shop, but always pay 50k and you only pay 10k up front, and you can do one every 48 minutes. So that's 50k/hr just to start, plus you can go get supplies for the bar, and she'll sell the alcohol passively for another 30k or so, and you only have to get supplies every 3 hours. Plus you can do the missions on the board, Since you listed Security contracts as income for agency, you should also list them as income for the Club. They can payout 20-30k. All in all, as much as people like to hate on the MC clubs, with everything factored in, it can easily be a 100k/hr business for very little work.
Good to know, but I’d say… buy whatever business you think you’ll have the most fun with. It’s slow going in the end, but you’re going to own everything before you know it. Have fun, the money follows.
I just use the Acid lab to pay for crate sourcing, so to me it feels free to fill up the cargo warehouses, but its like 20m payout during double pay, nice way to build a nest egg. And around that I just do what I find fun, and a bit of Contract and Cayo action if I need some spending money.
Bro left out the high end poker table in the penthouse, spawn in, win 200k in chips, hard save, keep playing till you loose, quit before it hard saves and you keep your winnings, made 3 mill over 4 hours of just relaxing to music and playing poker
My Money Making day usually goes like this: 1. Buy Acid Lab supplies 2. Sell Nightclub Stock 3. Do Cayo Perico solo 4. Sell Acid Lab Stock 5. Sell Nightclub Stock Again This Method usually gives me 3.5 mill to work with I usually put my ps5 on afk every night, and I really don’t need money because I already have too many vehicles but whenever I got my eye on one I can just sell my nightclub stock and do cayo perico once. It’s great to not buy vehicles/properties and invest in mc businesses for the nightclub.
Owning the mc businesses helps with the nightclub warehpuse even when they have no stock or supplies, just gotta own them to start collecting in the background so they are worth owning just to boost the nightclub
Imo I think its also worth doing knowing that ur gonna get like 5 mil or 6 mil when u sell all 5 businesses (considering that they are full ofc) Ik that ppl hate them bc of the annoying sale missions but I don't think all of them are THAT bad (some are better than others)

@@valentine4287 fair enough.. I still do MC businesses alongside the Nightclub and Bunker. I let those make money in the background when I'm doing other things like Heists, VIP work, Stash Houses, etc..
So about the air cargo land source missions using the Raiju F-160, Rockstar patched the Raiju's seemingly bulletproof armor that allowed for easy pickups for air cargo under heavy fire. I can still do it but my jet was stalling some while delivering the cargo to my hangar. So be mindful of that.
Bunkers are the worst for solo because a lot of the time they spawn multiple vehicles and if they have you deliver them on the other side of the map, with 14minutes to do so, it means as a solo player you're going to have a rough time.
Right now I grind Cayo Perico and the agency vip interchangeably since both can be done solo for over 1 million. And while you wait for Cayo's cooldown you can do the agency security contracts for more cash per hour. Edit- I also make sure to keep my night club popularity up to make even more cash on the side.
This has become my main source. I dint even sell the MC businesses anymore.. now I just do the hangar warehouse along with the nerfed Cayo and agency. A stacked warehouse can get you 2mil if done right.
I think it would still be fair to mention the CEO office wherever you mentioned the bunker. That mission that you can do with the import/export good is also a decent way to make a quick $50,000.
To add to the nightclub, when you sell you only have 1 vehicle which can be upgraded to help against griefers. Also also, I don’t have any proof but I feel like where you have to go to sell is always a lot closer than the other sell missions in the game
They do have similar good spawns to the ceo crate business, but also much better sell vehicles than mc (faster also many times) & also just 1 sell vehicle every time, the speedo custom or mule/pounder (this one is better to have).
We’re gonna get GTA VII before TGG stops glazing the Cayo Perico Heist. I do understand its initial draw, you do one heist with rather easy setups and get a quick 1 mil, all in roughly an hour. But like it was said in the video, the thing’s been nerfed into the ground by Rockstar. The fact that it can only be done solo after a *three hour* cooldown is its biggest detractor. Once you average it out the three hour cooldown and the approximate hour it takes to scope, prep, and pull off, that’s $250k an hour. Not to mention the heist itself has been tweaked a dozen times now to the point that guards can spot you if you walk the wrong way. For that to be in first place is comical. Meanwhile, the Dre Contract is a series of 11 missions that, while not as easy as Cayo’s setups, honestly provide more fun in my opinion in their variety and gameplay (to be fair, i’ve only done it twice so far in my time playing). Completing every mission is a consistent $60k and roughly another $40k, and the finale is a consistent $1000000. That’s 1.1 million dollars in an hour and a half, with only a 48 minute cooldown, fir a rough estimate of ~$625k an hour. You could play through the Dre contract twice and earn $2mil while waiting for Cayo to just finish its cooldown, only losing out on about an hour from the cooldown finish to actually getting to the heist. Personally, I just think the Agency deserves a higher rank.
Yeah the passive income is good now. The Arcade, Night Club and Agency accrue 'passive' income. You need to put in a lot of work to get to that point though.
I just work the nightclub and tune cars... I almost feel like I'm an honest folk. The I go on to sell the warehouse stuff when the session gets empty 😂
Been watching and following your guides for a while. I was thinking that maybe a good video idea would be to create different money making guides for different play-time lengths. like 1, 2, 3, 4 hour playing sessions.

You can go back to 0 in gta 5 too by playing with a secondary character. Just enter the pause menu, select (online), then choose "swap charactee", and voilà ! I am at level 245 with every property and business there is. So sometimes when i get bored, i Switch to the secondary character where i have nothing. Now i am at level 5 i guess. And if i want to go back to my principal character , i hit (swap character) again.
The Nightclub, Bunker sales, is my favorite way to make money as well as a few Headhunters and Sightseers keep me busy and having fun while waiting for the Acid Lab and Nightclub to fill the warehouse. The most money Ive made was 12-14 million dollars in a single day.
I would put the cargo warehouse first. Takes just 5 minutes to go to all 5 of them, and get the staff to source crates. At worse it will cost $832,500 to fill up a large one. Sell at double money, and get 4 million. Takes $4.1 million to fill them all up, at worse. So you'll make a $16 million profit. Take about 88 hours to fill up. But you are not getting your hands dirty.
Making 1 mil per session solo without heist or MC Business: One bunker sale solo (100k worh of stash) -> 315k $ Night Club -> 100/200k $ 2 chop shop cars -> ~75k $ 2 Franklin’s hit -> 170k $ 1 super car from warehouse -> 150k 1 autoshop heist -> ~170k or 300k Agency + Chop Shop + Arcade passivities -> ~200k Junk Energy bike challange -> 50k All of this without taking in account heists, sales, time trials, HSW challanges, armored trucks, free mode missions, looting sleepy dudes and something else I’m forgetting about.
Salvage yard actually way more fun than I thought it would be. Does a decent job of role play and keeps you busy either planning a car robbery or towing vehicles for salvage. Only criticism is the Yusuf only has one cutscene. Just one!
So something pretty major not being taken into consideration is the SELL missions. Bunker is always one sell vehicle per 75k supply run and is always worth 210k. That's 135k profit and the mission usually takes 5-10min. Compared to the the MC biz and their raid frequencies...not even close
I only sell at max . Doing the same work for less money doesn’t make sense to me. Plus the 2 sell missions w 3 drop offs insurgents and the 2 phantom wedges are do able solo. I’ve made over 150m w bunker
I mostly sell to street dealers and only register as President for five seconds to buy the supplies. The sell missions truly do suck. At best you get either the bike or the helicopter, and the bike is sluggish and the helicopter is an easy target for griefers in public.

Cargo Warehouse made me $50 million in a single week during the x2 event. I didn't even play straight as I have to work. But Cayo made me rich initially.
There’s something you forgot to mention regarding the penthouse. After you buy it, you get access to the high roller tables in the casino or you can buy your own private table in the penthouse. This lets you bet up to 50,00 on blackjack (not including splitting or doubling down), up to 110,000 on three card poker (which depending on your hand can multiply upwards of 650,000, and you’re very likely to win playing this game) and 50,000 on roulette. By closing the game before it saves each time you lose, you can make as much money as you can be bothered to very quickly without losing any, a great way to make cash (if a little monotonous)
Ok here’s a real question... if there’s a three hour cool down for cayo wouldn’t that mean u need to divide the money made per hour by 3? Also I think the best money making method is to own all businesses feed the passive ones and choose when to pay attention to the semi to active businesses . This method allows me to make 4to5M whenever I want and 90% of my time is spent goofing around, modding cars etc
He means per hour apparently mean the hour you can do it, but a good point, because solo you have a cooldown. As solo player you need to do more than just Cayo (obviously).
For how easy It is to use the Acid Lab is easily one of the best businesses you can get. Also, the brickade 6x6 is a really good vehicle The auto shop is also great at saving money, especially if you love to customise vehicles as everything is cheaper!

the high-end apartment heists need some love. the time:reward ratio is lacking on the reward end... I remember when they were released, they were so much fun.

just to mention, the penthouse baker missions unlock 'security intel', a mission for the casino heist set up, which allows you to see the camera locations. So it almost makes you more money.
I make more money without doing heists, not even Cayo since the first nerf of it. I make about 225k every 10 mins, no heists or mini heists, just passive businesses, wall safes, and sell missions, payphone hits, and an occasional security contract if I'm really hitting my time.
Any pc player that ends up here, dont bother with vehicle warehouse. Public lobbies on pc are full of modders so the chances youll ever get that pay increase are slim to none. In facr any business that relies on pub lobbies to be profitable, just forget it on pc lol my first payphone hit that i did also only paid me 30k for the bonus. not 70k. was very disappointed. 45k for a conditional requirement is really bad. i'd rather do an ammunation contract, security contract, or an exported mixed goods over a payphone hit if it's 45k every time.
The businesses were my favorite way to make money in online; they felt like "normal" illicit work. But they can be a grueling grind if that's all you invest in. I'm fond of the idea if businesses make a return for Grand Theft Auto VI in story mode, they'll be a little more expanded and fun to experience. And although I'm aware the online is supposed to be a long-term endeavor, I hope they make better use of the open world, beyond "go here, and deliver this."
Idk the way TakeTwo and Rockstar are aggressively pushing micro transactions and the fact that gta6 could be the last gta. Could mean gta6 is the most grindy gta game yet.
I imagine payouts in GTA6 will be more real to life. Do a bank heist get 5-10k😂

GTA should allow NPCs to assist on the old heists that require 4 players. Also, certain businesses should buffed when you own certain businesses, e.g. coke buff for owning nightclub and yacht, weed buffed for owning an arcade and auto shop, etc.
As someone that started playing young, and whose friends didn't play GTAV, I never got to play more than a couple heist setups with randoms online. I've never done a heist on GTAO, but I really would love to. They look fun. Allowing NPCs to assist would add endless fun for me, and allow me to experience the entire game.

Everything besides like races and adversary modes should be soloable and in places where multiple people need to play multiple roles (i.e. old heists), we should have the ability to hire npcs, either good or bad like in singleplayer. And if they don't want us to take all the profit solo, then have us pay those NPCs and share the cut with them.
It sucks having content in online that has a mandatory requirement of having friends that are actively playing and want to do it with you.

Fr my brother just started and he on xbox (im on PS) and all he can do right now is those heists but has to wait an hour for people to join just for them to leave, makes it hard for new players to make money
The CEO office is at least good for making an easy $50k for delivering executive office mixed goods once every in-game day. Combine that with delivering the ammo for your bunker, delivering a bike for your clubhouse, and now picking up a couple cars for your salvage yard, and you're over $200k every 48 minutes for very easy work.
I have a pretty good loop going on my CEO office. I own only the 3 large warehouses closest to the docks and bought the swift helicopter which is at the top of the leave via vehicle menu in the office. So the secretary starts my export mixed goods mission, talk to her again and push A 3 more times to leave via helicopter. Fly to the north most warehouse which takes about 1:15, go in and get the tech to source crates, then take either the helicopter or truck to the next warehouse and repeat two more times, then deliver to the docks.
The whole process takes 5 minutes plus or minus 10 seconds depending on which warehouse the truck was at.
That's what I used to do when I was first starting. Do a mixed goods and bunker run. Quick 100k. Now, to me the nightclub "feels" like I make the most money there. I'll get on and do my rounds and once I get to the nightclub I've got atleast 200k in the safe and can sell my goods for another 500k.

Salvage yard tow truck mission: 80k or 100k,
Ceo export mixed goods: 50k
Payphone hit: 85k
Nightclub safe: 100k
Mc bike deliveries: 60k
Bunker weapon sell mission: 50k
Which is 425k every hour for me and if my acid lab is full I sell in a public lobby which is an easy 550k
The chop shop adds a nice mix, at least for us to be able to enjoy the game while still making some money. There’s only so many times you can do the contract and cayo perico and not get bored
The sad part is that you can only rob and sell cars once per week

The Agency and Acid lab got me rich at this game. It sucked selling acid in the rain but for double pay it was easy money. I would deliver the bunker truck, sell the acid, mod a bike, do some Agency, collect the Nightclub safe. Just went around in circles doing this and random events once in a while. Now I just cruise around and collect money from safes when they fill up

Same. Went on a 17 mil with just over 5 left over shopping splurge just bc of this combo you mentioned. As a solo player ,this is one of the best ways to make money fast. sure it's getting mind numbingly dull doing the data leaks but they're easy and once you get a routine down it's doable in an hour maybe less . Agency and Acid lab is the way to do it.

Yep as someone who stopped playing at beginning of 2021 this helps with the new stuff, especially during pandemic all did was solo The Cayo Perico Heist and made millions but understand they’ve made it so you don’t earn as much now from that heist.

I appreciate that there are options. It seems today that you can literally wander the map and find random things to do. From cars to steal for the import list, safe houses to quickly hit to resupply your businesses, drug dealers to sell your stash to quickly, cars to mod and sell, guns to deliver, passive income from business safes, and all of that before actually doing something.
I stopped doing anything multi-player so old heists (and Casino) are dead to me. The fact that Rockstar realized that players wanted a solo experience was the greatest thing to happen to online.
The Auto Shop is probably one of the best “early” business to buy. The heists are easily grindable, you can do it solo, and it makes enough money for you to start buying other businesses.

A small tip I have is that if you are playing with a friend if you both set up a casino heist at the same time and split the money 50/50 in both heists you will make about 1.25 mil an hour. You can also do this with the Cayo Perico heist.
I like this idea. I also love the fact that me and my friend would have 4 heists in total: 2 cayo and 2 diamond. We would do these together and we rack up about 4mil dollars. We don't speedrun and aim for the elite challenge but its quite fun to do

Me an my friend ran cayo like that on a daily basis til they nerfed it, the reduced payout has really put us off bothering with it now tho so we focus on the casino instead, payout is a bit lower but sp is the setup cost so it balances nicely

Doing Terrobyte and CEO missions interchangeably was the move, the terrobyte robbery one was 30k a pop, and the 2 specific CEO missions were really easy to do and were like 25k each, doing them while the other was on cooldown was a nice way to make some extra money while waiting for the passive stuff to fill up for a big sale (it was even easier with an opressor mk2)

Warehouses also give access to a sale done through your assistant similar to the ammunations sale at the bunker. The only real difference is the location is static for the drop off at the terminal which is within a mile of the bulk of the large Warehouses meaning sales can legitimately be done in less than a minute sometimes

The warehouse is nice if you stack it right. You can get 2mil from selling two individually.
MAJOR PSA INVOLVING THE ACID LAB FOR NEW PLAYERS:
You absolutely *need* to upgrade this to make it turn a reasonable profit. To do this, you need to do a number of Dax missions (I believe 25 of them). It is an absolutely terrible business before the upgrade, but jumps up to the tier in this video easily once you have upgraded it. So if you bought one and think it sucks... start doing those Dax jobs!

I mean, it seems to be worth doing even without the upgrades, spend 130k make around 260k per supply buying/sell. Not groundbreaking but pretty solid while you do the 1 Fooligan mission you can do per in-game day (48 minutes)

I like how they implemented the nightclub into the motorcycle club businesses. You can also run both the separate motorcycle club businesses and nightclub deliveries separately.

1. Payphone hit for 85k
2. Bunker weapon sell mission 50k
3. CEO Office export mixed goods 50k
Thats in my opinion the most chill way to get 185k in no time before getting to the other businesses for the 48mins timer to reset. Also to save extra time set your spawn location to the bunker/ceo office and switch/start a new lobby like invite only as example so you can skip the driving part and get all done even faster.

All of the heists should be playable solo and also everything else because there’s always something wrong with the teammates you get.
It's just not possible for some of them. The older heists are built around teams of people. How could you do the prison break if you needed to be going through the prison and flying a plane overhead at the same time?
For the bunker is has to be mentioned that the daily mission of breaking into a hideout of the drugmakers where u have to crack the safe, automatically fills up the bunkers supplies completly (if u have the production activated). This makes is the best passive income source imo. No need to steal or buy supplies at all, just farming money for literally doing nothing

8:30 Those blue dot cars for the auto shop that u can drive to the docks for 25k or so are underrated in this vid bc those only require a few min at most with no setup or loading time so the actual time spent doing those the money isn't bad. I do those almost every time I see them. Also a good way to test drive interesting cars and sometimes I end up buying a car after driving it over to the docks and being impressed.
And what's really great about them is you can crash them around without decreasing the value of the vehicle!
I've had the auto shop about a week now and haven't seen a single blue dot that turned out to be one of the vehicles, always one of the normal blue dot events like passed out guard, money truck, robber etc. Do I need to do something before they start spawning or am I just getting unlucky?
@@2ndTooth I noticed those blue dot cars have increased over the past few days. The previous two weeks I hadn't seen any at all either, but hopefully was a temp. glitch. maybe visit your auto shop and send your assistants on car deliveries if you haven't done that in a while. perhaps that is a part of the formula or something.

Anybody else findin it hard to navigate round the interaction menu due to muscle memory?
If you own the salvage yard next to the hospital, you can spawn the cargo bob a block away and park it next to the business. When you start a tow mission that ends up being across the map you can fly the tow truck there much faster.
If you hook it by the top of the tow rig it is almost weightless. You can ascend and fly away with the truck as if you had no cargo at all. It’s sort of a glitch.
If you hook it traditionally the truck weighs quite a bit.
I tried to bypass the tow truck and just fly the car to the shop then hook it up to the truck. You get the animation of the tow truck driving in with the car but once inside there is no car on the lift so don’t do that.

The safe expansion in the new Chop Shop is very underrated... As is the safe itself. The Agency's safe can make you incredible amounts of money, and I'm so glad the new business has the same concept of you doing more jobs to make the daily amount increase. Getting 20k every 48min is crazy, and you only have to go and fetch it once a while... And this is where the bigger safe comes in, less frequent trips to fetch the money. A surprisingly good update, not to mention the awesome vehicles. Can't wait to see more of GTA6

Grinded so much Cayo Perico early -- back when it was 1.5 million payout guaranteed without much of a cool down -- that now that it pays this low I can't play it.
I've been doing all the older content I missed, some of the newer stuff, but the air missions are a definite must try for me now since I never did them.

On a related note, you can do the Stash House once a day to resupply one of the Motorcycle Club (MC) businesses, the Bunker, and the Acid Lab. However, you will never resupply one of those businesses you either don't own or where the supply is currently full when you rob the Stash house. So, in my case, I hate doing most of the Bunker deliveries or Counterfeit Cash, so I just leave the supplies maxed on those and never make a sale and they are never resupplied. I don't mind selling to Drug Dealers though as there are multiple sources to see the daily locations and which things are selling at 2x, so one of my drug businesses is always getting resupplied for free. That supplements the income from the Nightclub stock that builds up passively for each of the assigned warehouse employees which happen to match up with the MC businesses, etc.
I use the stash houses the same way....BASICALLY FREE RESUPPLYS....

I think I’d agree with everything.
The cargo warehouse, if you have 5 large, it’s a real grind to get all 5 filled up to 111 crates. BUT, worth noting that it’s more of an investment, if you nip around to all 5 when you log on, and again before you log off, and send the staff off to get cargo, you should be near enough full between each time they do x2 pay. When it’s x2, in a full lobby, all 5 are worth a crap load. I wouldn’t bother getting crates yourself. Far too time consuming.
Precisely effectively making the Crates a passive business...HUGE! I'm not as diligent as I should be but 37,500 every 48min and gradually build up a nice little nest egg. Kingpin shit 🤘

I base my time off of da 48 minute clock 4 da techs. Da 1st ting I do wen I login 2 gta is sell my bunker, Den get all 5 techs 2 source crates 4 me, Den sell my Acid Lab n do my prepaid Cayo heist n prepaid Union Depository Bank Heist. By da time I have done dat 48mins have gone by n Iv made 2.6 million in my 1st 48mins of playin. Another block of 48mins time sell my MC businesses or prep da Dre Contract.

Technically the acid lab should be first because you get close to 1 mil for first time completion of Drug Wars, which should fund your first business purchase. Once you get the nightclub, focus on buying the top 4 biker businesses for that warehouse and you’ll be raking in millions

Rockstar should make all the heists completable solo. Seems like you would be able to complete them without any help. I would accept a slight pay cut, just give me the option.
My current favorite business for 2024 is Bottom Dollar Bounties. I've made about 900k in 5 hours. Bounties from 30k to 150k are pretty decent prices, And they are quick, And fun.
The businesses that have multiple mini heists like chop shop and auto shop, should have more equal pay across the missions. They get boring because to get the most money, you only do one over and over and over, but if they had similiar payout, you would get more variety.
auto shop is the best one in my opinion. it gives you a discount on upgrades, it unlocks all upgrades for you, you have employees to deliver cars for you, and exotic cars down around the map for you to deliver

If y’all have a friend on gta I suggest you both run cayo perico togather on both of your guys submarines so you could get money from your heist and your friends heist while only having to wait for a 45 min cooldown and not a 3 hour cooldown and then do a casino heist while your Kosatka is on cooldown so you can make money while waiting for your money to get ready
Everybody forgets that the Clubhouse has a bar which will make you passive money when you supply it. Not very good money, but it could technically be ranked among the other passive businesses.
And don't forget the custom bike delivery.....that's 50K.

This is a dope video. Haven't been playing much but definitely plan on playing more until GTA 6 releases. The trailer for GTA 6 got me hyped. Maybe for the new year we could get a video doing a money making guide based on a set number of hours. So like if someone had 1-2 or 2-4 or 6-8 hours to play what would be the best order of businesses, heists and side/random missions to make the most money. I feel like I can't be the only person coming back to the game wondering the best way to grind online especially with a brand new dlc. Keep up the good work I look forward to the next video
90 minutes to complete the cayo? thats cute. I've got it down to 42 minutes solo from first scope out, to final payout. and down to about 32 minutes when doing setups/heist with a friend
generally speaking, it's best to get the businesses with a passive safe started sooner rather than later as they are free money you get with minimal input while you're off doing something else or heck you can go afk while you're off doing something else and the income will generate automatically.
Personally, I haven't had need to do the submarine heist anymore. Between the auto shop, nightclub, acid lab, agency/payphone hits and now the scrap yard, I make enough money
The Cayo is boring, I stopped months ago when I logged onto RUclips and saw people saying that now the guards spot dead bodies. Do they still do that? I wouldn’t know how to do it now because I had a system and route and don’t know if it would work anymore and cba to figure out how to do it plus I hate preps

@@gottiesttyrant5528 Yes they still do it, and solo it's easier to do longfin method and get the $$ loot bag $$ full at the airport, head to drainage tunnel then run past all guards to get to the little safe next to table with key card, then go down elevator grab the loot, exit via elevator, skip all guards again and reach the exit...kill guy near bike, kill guy near helicoptor and then kill guy in jeep...then fly the dirt bike off of the cliff and swim out until it's over. This if done right is always elite bonus under 15min and around 1mil every 2hr 30min.

The MC Club has Bike deliveries, which are like the Auto-Shop, but always pay 50k and you only pay 10k up front, and you can do one every 48 minutes. So that's 50k/hr just to start, plus you can go get supplies for the bar, and she'll sell the alcohol passively for another 30k or so, and you only have to get supplies every 3 hours. Plus you can do the missions on the board, Since you listed Security contracts as income for agency, you should also list them as income for the Club. They can payout 20-30k. All in all, as much as people like to hate on the MC clubs, with everything factored in, it can easily be a 100k/hr business for very little work.
I actually love the new salvage yard it’s a more refreshing and satisfying auto shop

Good to know, but I’d say… buy whatever business you think you’ll have the most fun with. It’s slow going in the end, but you’re going to own everything before you know it. Have fun, the money follows.
I just use the Acid lab to pay for crate sourcing, so to me it feels free to fill up the cargo warehouses, but its like 20m payout during double pay, nice way to build a nest egg. And around that I just do what I find fun, and a bit of Contract and Cayo action if I need some spending money.
Bro left out the high end poker table in the penthouse, spawn in, win 200k in chips, hard save, keep playing till you loose, quit before it hard saves and you keep your winnings, made 3 mill over 4 hours of just relaxing to music and playing poker
My Money Making day usually goes like this:
1. Buy Acid Lab supplies
2. Sell Nightclub Stock
3. Do Cayo Perico solo
4. Sell Acid Lab Stock
5. Sell Nightclub Stock Again
This Method usually gives me 3.5 mill to work with
I usually put my ps5 on afk every night, and I really don’t need money because I already have too many vehicles but whenever I got my eye on one I can just sell my nightclub stock and do cayo perico once.
It’s great to not buy vehicles/properties and invest in mc businesses for the nightclub.
Owning the mc businesses helps with the nightclub warehpuse even when they have no stock or supplies, just gotta own them to start collecting in the background so they are worth owning just to boost the nightclub
Imo I think its also worth doing knowing that ur gonna get like 5 mil or 6 mil when u sell all 5 businesses (considering that they are full ofc)
Ik that ppl hate them bc of the annoying sale missions but I don't think all of them are THAT bad (some are better than others)
@Maverick_Jones45 yeah I'll take anything over the post op vans when i help out my friends, i never bother to sell direct from my own tho mainly cos as soon as I'm outside an registered as mc i get a raid an its just not worth the time or drama for me
@@valentine4287 fair enough.. I still do MC businesses alongside the Nightclub and Bunker. I let those make money in the background when I'm doing other things like Heists, VIP work, Stash Houses, etc..
So about the air cargo land source missions using the Raiju F-160, Rockstar patched the Raiju's seemingly bulletproof armor that allowed for easy pickups for air cargo under heavy fire. I can still do it but my jet was stalling some while delivering the cargo to my hangar. So be mindful of that.

Bunkers are the worst for solo because a lot of the time they spawn multiple vehicles and if they have you deliver them on the other side of the map, with 14minutes to do so, it means as a solo player you're going to have a rough time.
Right now I grind Cayo Perico and the agency vip interchangeably since both can be done solo for over 1 million. And while you wait for Cayo's cooldown you can do the agency security contracts for more cash per hour.
Edit- I also make sure to keep my night club popularity up to make even more cash on the side.
This has become my main source. I dint even sell the MC businesses anymore.. now I just do the hangar warehouse along with the nerfed Cayo and agency. A stacked warehouse can get you 2mil if done right.

Nightclub, bunker, LSD, hangar and Cayo Perico are the only things I need. Banking around $4 mil per day.
I do MC businesses Cocaine, Weed, Counterfeit and Meth. Playing the game solo making hundreds of thousands and feeling like a KingPin.
I think it would still be fair to mention the CEO office wherever you mentioned the bunker. That mission that you can do with the import/export good is also a decent way to make a quick $50,000.
To add to the nightclub, when you sell you only have 1 vehicle which can be upgraded to help against griefers. Also also, I don’t have any proof but I feel like where you have to go to sell is always a lot closer than the other sell missions in the game

They do have similar good spawns to the ceo crate business, but also much better sell vehicles than mc (faster also many times) & also just 1 sell vehicle every time, the speedo custom or mule/pounder (this one is better to have).
The Special Cargo warehouses are best done on a 2nd character to avoid the nasty raids that happen if you fill them up too much.
You can keep them under 70 till it’s 2x and then fill it up
We’re gonna get GTA VII before TGG stops glazing the Cayo Perico Heist. I do understand its initial draw, you do one heist with rather easy setups and get a quick 1 mil, all in roughly an hour. But like it was said in the video, the thing’s been nerfed into the ground by Rockstar. The fact that it can only be done solo after a *three hour* cooldown is its biggest detractor. Once you average it out the three hour cooldown and the approximate hour it takes to scope, prep, and pull off, that’s $250k an hour. Not to mention the heist itself has been tweaked a dozen times now to the point that guards can spot you if you walk the wrong way. For that to be in first place is comical.
Meanwhile, the Dre Contract is a series of 11 missions that, while not as easy as Cayo’s setups, honestly provide more fun in my opinion in their variety and gameplay (to be fair, i’ve only done it twice so far in my time playing). Completing every mission is a consistent $60k and roughly another $40k, and the finale is a consistent $1000000. That’s 1.1 million dollars in an hour and a half, with only a 48 minute cooldown, fir a rough estimate of ~$625k an hour. You could play through the Dre contract twice and earn $2mil while waiting for Cayo to just finish its cooldown, only losing out on about an hour from the cooldown finish to actually getting to the heist.
Personally, I just think the Agency deserves a higher rank.
Yeah the passive income is good now. The Arcade, Night Club and Agency accrue 'passive' income. You need to put in a lot of work to get to that point though.
The night club is the best at 50k. Super easy to keep popularity at 100%
For the doomsday heists u can skip the preps and the setups using a glitch, it will cost a little, but it is worth it because it saves 2-3 hours

You can go back to 0 in gta 5 too by playing with a secondary character. Just enter the pause menu, select (online), then choose "swap charactee", and voilà !
I am at level 245 with every property and business there is. So sometimes when i get bored, i Switch to the secondary character where i have nothing. Now i am at level 5 i guess. And if i want to go back to my principal character , i hit (swap character) again.

The Nightclub, Bunker sales, is my favorite way to make money as well as a few Headhunters and Sightseers keep me busy and having fun while waiting for the Acid Lab and Nightclub to fill the warehouse. The most money Ive made was 12-14 million dollars in a single day.

I would put the cargo warehouse first. Takes just 5 minutes to go to all 5 of them, and get the staff to source crates.
At worse it will cost $832,500 to fill up a large one. Sell at double money, and get 4 million. Takes $4.1 million to fill them all up, at worse. So you'll make a $16 million profit.
Take about 88 hours to fill up. But you are not getting your hands dirty.

Making 1 mil per session solo without heist or MC Business:
One bunker sale solo (100k worh of stash) -> 315k $
Night Club -> 100/200k $
2 chop shop cars -> ~75k $
2 Franklin’s hit -> 170k $
1 super car from warehouse -> 150k
1 autoshop heist -> ~170k or 300k
Agency + Chop Shop + Arcade passivities -> ~200k
Junk Energy bike challange -> 50k
All of this without taking in account heists, sales, time trials, HSW challanges, armored trucks, free mode missions, looting sleepy dudes and something else I’m forgetting about.
Salvage yard actually way more fun than I thought it would be. Does a decent job of role play and keeps you busy either planning a car robbery or towing vehicles for salvage. Only criticism is the Yusuf only has one cutscene. Just one!
Considering that he was one of the best parts of GTA IV that is a fucking crime
So something pretty major not being taken into consideration is the SELL missions.
Bunker is always one sell vehicle per 75k supply run and is always worth 210k. That's 135k profit and the mission usually takes 5-10min. Compared to the the MC biz and their raid frequencies...not even close
Here’s a tip on how to avoid a raid don’t register as a MC boss when you are not doing your MC business you will not be raided.
I only sell at max . Doing the same work for less money doesn’t make sense to me. Plus the 2 sell missions w 3 drop offs insurgents and the 2 phantom wedges are do able solo. I’ve made over 150m w bunker
I mostly sell to street dealers and only register as President for five seconds to buy the supplies. The sell missions truly do suck. At best you get either the bike or the helicopter, and the bike is sluggish and the helicopter is an easy target for griefers in public.

I closed my businesses because I hated the fact that I kept getting raided and had to drop everything to prevent the gangs from stealing my stash 😢
There’s something you forgot to mention regarding the penthouse. After you buy it, you get access to the high roller tables in the casino or you can buy your own private table in the penthouse. This lets you bet up to 50,00 on blackjack (not including splitting or doubling down), up to 110,000 on three card poker (which depending on your hand can multiply upwards of 650,000, and you’re very likely to win playing this game) and 50,000 on roulette. By closing the game before it saves each time you lose, you can make as much money as you can be bothered to very quickly without losing any, a great way to make cash (if a little monotonous)
Ok here’s a real question... if there’s a three hour cool down for cayo wouldn’t that mean u need to divide the money made per hour by 3? Also I think the best money making method is to own all businesses feed the passive ones and choose when to pay attention to the semi to active businesses . This method allows me to make 4to5M whenever I want and 90% of my time is spent goofing around, modding cars etc
He means per hour apparently mean the hour you can do it, but a good point, because solo you have a cooldown. As solo player you need to do more than just Cayo (obviously).

The MC clubhouse has small passive income if you get booze for the bar. You can also work on motorcycles in the garage for 50k per delivery.

just to mention, the penthouse baker missions unlock 'security intel', a mission for the casino heist set up, which allows you to see the camera locations. So it almost makes you more money.

I make more money without doing heists, not even Cayo since the first nerf of it. I make about 225k every 10 mins, no heists or mini heists, just passive businesses, wall safes, and sell missions, payphone hits, and an occasional security contract if I'm really hitting my time.
Any pc player that ends up here, dont bother with vehicle warehouse. Public lobbies on pc are full of modders so the chances youll ever get that pay increase are slim to none. In facr any business that relies on pub lobbies to be profitable, just forget it on pc lol
my first payphone hit that i did also only paid me 30k for the bonus. not 70k. was very disappointed. 45k for a conditional requirement is really bad. i'd rather do an ammunation contract, security contract, or an exported mixed goods over a payphone hit if it's 45k every time.
