    The delivery of judgment must be free of emotions....and be free without favor or prejudice

    Justice Mogoeng was correct when he said there are untouchables in this country, people that should be approached with courtesy and kids love. One can hear from Prof Mngomezulu's analysis.

    Isn't the apex court supposed to be deliberate and take time to make decisions? What is the rush of making a judgment on an elections that is already in progress? One party or the other is going to be positively or negatively affected by their action. Once the elections got underway on Saturday they should have reserved judgment until after the elections.

    • @mphorakabe8463
      @mphorakabe8463 23 дня назад

      Even after the election ,both parties are going to be negatively n or positively affected.

      The question of what is the rush of making judgement on the elections that is already in progress is a secondary question. The first question you should be asking is what was the rush of the IEC to appeal the judgement of the electoral court on the elections that is already in progress?more so because this matter does not affect the elections.

    Zuma said he is not going to parliament. Mk members are not taking ministerial position. He is creating a Tikundla system as in Swaziland.

    More than interpreting Section 47 of the constitution and the issue around remission of sentence, public interest in this matter is of importance. One prays that the Concurt takes that into consideration .

    Going back to parliament is not even in president Zuma's mind.what i think is going to happen is that the concourt is going to rule in favour of President Zuma and that will build a much needed momentum for the mkp heading to the elections.

    Zondo should not have been appointed as a chief justice, we have never been in this situation under previous chief justices, these people had to monoeuvre the law to suit their emotions and biases and they chose to do things the wrong way.

    Remission is deduction Then looks like the case was less then,15 months. l think he was 3months in prison if lam not mistaken. What l heard here a person who was jailed more than 12 months is not allowed to be ruling or leading.That is what I understood.

    The IEC dancing to Ramaphosa's tune are desperate to exclude JZ before the elections because afterwards it is going to become clear that he is electable, due to the ConCourt's previous unconstitutional misconduct.
