Having been born and raised in Hollywood and watching on TV the homeless sleeping on streets in major city’s I was pleasantly surprised at how well the most famous boulevard in the world has held up. Its been 50 years since I have been there but it was nice to take a trip back down memory “boulevard” -now living in Costa Rica 🌴😎🌴
Twenty years ago was working there… working hard I save a lot of money to build rooms for rent in México city, I,m so happy living the American dream in México….what a memories !,,, I love L.A. 🇲🇽 someday I,ll go to visit my beautiful Hollywood boulevard 👍🏻
Thank you WWT for this new post. I love all your walks but the beach videos are my favourites, especially the sunsets - food for the soul. Here in the UK, we are not blessed with your weather or your beaches, so watching the world through your eyes (in glorious 4k and with the sound up nice and high on my headphones) is a wonderful escape, especially when I'm feeling stressed or low. Keep up the great work! 👍❤️🔥
I was there September 2019 on a warm Saturday night cruised all up down Hollywood blvd it was a giant street party with tons of people out lots of street performers. Guns n Roses were playing a club that night. what a great memory of LA it was such a fun night.

Nice video. One thing I hate about Hollywood Blvd is it is too dark between Highland Ave and vine Street. The Jacaranda and palm trees block street lights. And business there don't create more lighting.
You caught the “Welcome to Hollywood” blanket guy at 8:00, right at Hollywood and Las Palmas where you’ll find his narration in the movie Pretty Woman! 😉Years ago I lived in the apartments across the street from the filming location for Julia Roberts’ apartment in the movie, it was right in the middle of that block. Everybody come to Hollywood got a dream…what’s your dream?
Govt restrictions destroyed the neighborhood. Closed businesses and meth zombies everywhere. Bars and clubs were closed for 15 months and required masks and vaxx cards when they reopened
So-so. You’d be wise to keep your eyes open and stay on the main boulevard. But generally speaking, there’s lots of foot traffic there and it’s reasonably safe if you’re alert. But Hollywood can be a bit dicey compared to other areas.
I wouldnt be caught dead walking there at night. Daytime is bad enough. A once great city, now has turned into a s..thole!!! PATHETIC!!!!!! By the way your video's are great!!!

I lived on Cherokee street right of the boulevard back in the '90s; Hollywood Boulevard was wild and dirty back then.
