Hi .if the ground floor is constructed as stilt parking,then is that area included in the floor area calculation? If construction is done with stilt parking, for how many floors can we get permission while constructing residential building?
The first-floor build-up area is 88m2 without taking the area below the cantilever provided for the first and second floors. The first and second-floor area is 101m2 each. Can exclude the cantilever area on the ground floor which is not used for build-up area calculation ?
