This story made me cry for OP throughout and for the baby she had but was swapped with another girl. How horrible that OP lost the critical time to bond with her own child and had to knowingly raise the husband's cheating partner's child....She should have left immediately when they mistreated the eldest girl and certainly should have charged the husband and MIL criminally for child and spousal abuse. I am disappointed that the ex husband and MIL did not go to jail...They both, and the cheating partner, needed to be charged criminally and all 3 needed to pay for the upbringing of all 3 children and the mental health needs for both girls.
Shame on the mom for not stopping the abuse of her oldest daughter.
