The hypest moment of Squid Game for me was when he won the marble game. He got turnt up to the max and he used dude's own line against him, lol. His energy was so contagious
What's really interesting though Is how we were so blinded by Deok Su malicious intent that we hardly notice Sang Woo often showing his true colors, Up until the semi finals that we finally realize that he is just as If not more cold-hearted than Deok Su could ever be (And that's saying much if i do say so myself)
Sang Woo is just a typical Korean. Koreans made a lot of characters like this because it's so realistic in their environment. Most Koreans would act like Sang Woo in that situation.
Even in the act of being evil there are levels, intelligences and styles. I'd trust a Deoksu, so to speak,. Ore than a Sang-Woo, as a Deoksu is honest about being evil, so there are no surprises. A Sang-Woo on the other hand might try to be a wolf in sheepskin by pretending to be a friend.
@@1moncho2taito I think they only showed the bodies of the first five or six people who fell, but I could be wrong. I just don't remember seeing Deok-su or Mi-nyeo's bodies after they hit the ground.

@AY-qy4jn Not a coward? Try attempting to force the guards to change the game because he was at a disadvantage and was about to lose against his friend, see how "not cowardly" that is. Also, have you seen the glass bridge game? He tried to force the contestants to pass in front of him so he wouldn't fall through a glass pane. If that's not pure cowardice, I don't know what is.
@@AY-qy4jn Like sure, he's got many enemies, but they're all many times weaker than him. When the odds are stacked against him, he's basically just passing his pants the entire time.
The ironic thing is, Deok Su died a less painful death than he would've had if he stayed in the real world. He just fell to his death in the game. While had he stayed, they would harvest his organs out. In conclusion, Squid Game paints an excellent social commentary.
I think Deok Su's death was still very painful. With that fall, all his members have been broken. Maybe he didn't even passed away immediately and die eventually in awful horrible pains.
what the hell are u babbling about... it's really painful to fall like that... and in real life he can try to keep escaping. He's chased by some criminals and not polices so he has a higher rate of success.
It's possible he may have survived the fall with Han Mi-nyeo's body being used for his painful survival of the impact but got in so much serious bad shape that he couldn't move at all, we see this happen with someone who barely survived the fall from the tug of war game, which could mean Deok may have died a worse death by getting incinerated alive.
Deok su was nearly close to completing glass stepping stones because I looked at the glasses that both weren't broken and there was like 6 or 5 glasses left then he died
