Waste Management Garbage Truck... Collecting a Groot Cart?

This is a Waste Management EZ Pack using an Original Curotto Can to collect garbage. However, in this I found him picking up 2 Groot Industries carts, which kind of threw me off. Groot hasn't been here that long, and Waste Management has been here for over 20 years, so how this cart ended up here I don't know. Anyways, enjoy the video, and thanks to the driver!

groot used to be here, right? i`ll bet when groot was here, the rsident before had 2/3 carts and filled up the ones they normally use and was doing yard work in the backyard. they put it in a corner and forgot about it, moved, and didn`t put it out to be tahen by the company. new people came, found the cart and used it

BFI bins are still floating around even though BFI have been gone in my area since 2009.
