What would you recommend for someone with a higher budget? Something within the 60 - 100 range? I like this style and would be keen for something like this but more premium.
Not screwing it directly into the desk makes the already-wobbly tray even wobblier, lol. It's just for security and peace of mind, knowing that all of your hard work and cables won't fall to the floor one day out of the blue when the adhesive inevitably fails after a while.

Why spend more lmao

what desk are you using in this video with the white top?
Have any good option to hide away a battery backup? I have a rectangle one that is very unsightly
You could try one of those CPU holders that go under the desk.
@@Zalionn Thanks I didn't even think of that. That would work really well!
@@Zalionn You mean PC case/tower holder? Lol. CPU is the acronym for the processor inside of the computer.
@@kasper_429 Sure it's a tower/case holder but that's what they are called: "CPU holders".
Back in the day it referred to the whole computor tower, its very confusing
$5 worth of metal, at most. Crazy what they charge people for basic stuff these days.
It sounds like you have it all figured out! You should start a business selling these based on your $5 cost. You'll sell a ton of them. -Ryan
even on aliexpress a lot of them are around $13-20 aud, $5 would probably be close to what it would cost per item if you bought in bulk
