I am pretty sure this is the very Brownstone where my son attended nursery school (The Fleming School- 12 East 63rd St, NYC) back in the late 80’s! Unfortunately, a great deal of the beautiful details are just a memory. The school was also used in Woody Allen’s movie, Alice.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. The first thing that comes to my mind was Blair Waldorf's house

The exterior of Nate’s house looks slightly different imo.

I know this is a news clip but I prefer real estate videos that just show the house, camera panning through with maybe some background music. I get annoyed when agents are in the video, blathering on with industry buzz words. I don't need all the jibber-jabber.

this is not a home, this is a platform for some very grandiose egos. And believe it or not, in reality, a home is just something that keeps you dry from the rain. *grandiose*

Once again, double sinks in the master bath.
For all these millions, a couple would want separate bathrooms, no?
They may as well put two toilets next to each other.

Tell me where I am going to work and live
Preferably located in New York City
A location where I can live and work for the rest of my life
A small moving van to pack and where to move to
or maybe just a duffle bag 🎒 or a suitcase for clothes and toothbrush 🪥 and I am not sure
