I had the opportunity to meet her in person, take photos and speak to her. You have NEVER met a beautiful, down to earth person in your life! She is so real. I love "Lady Marmalade!"

Patti, your food is like eating at my Mothers house. I still make my own, from picking the peaches the making of the pies and sharing them with friends. I am 80 years old and have out lived my entire family. Eating your pies makes me happy and brings my mothers memory back so strongly. Thank you for sharing...love your music and your food products. Her hair looks great! Once upon a time Marie Callender was number 1 in pies. I never ate a one bc I do not like hot cooked fruit. In the black community sweet potato pies reign supreme. The only way to get one is from a relative's house bc a store bought sweet potato pie was always disgusting. Now Patti has changed that and I am so grateful!

What a wonderful story/journey! It’s great to see Patti as an African American woman become an entrepreneur through her cooking skills. Especially since many brands previously used black faces to sell food products those individuals didn’t own or produce as marketing. And, how amazing for her since many African American performers who made way for folks like Elton John have been robbed and been forced to live in poverty off stretched royalties. Bravo Patti! I have always had respect for Patti because she made herself a superstar later in life despite never having the huge hits and album sales of her peers. She was just as talented and worked twice as hard in her 40s and 50s and it paid off in a big way. Her voice was still top tier in her 40s, 50s and 60s when most singers were past their prime. Patti is always humble and a real person. I STAN.
