I haven't take the real estate exam yet but this advice is true I studied for the life insurance exam and I thought I had to study the entire book. I stopped doing it focus on practice quizzes videos and I looked on the state outline exam

@@itzjuliescuhz If you like the flashcard method and that's the way you learn best, do it. I'm personally not a flash card guy but we all learn a little bit differently. Keep me posted on your progress!!
PSI is a good resource. In California, our test is not from PSI. In many states, I know PSI is the main provider. When I was preparing for the exam, I purchased all the licensing courses + a bundle that included test exam simulations. I took those exam simulations over and over until I hit 80% on them.

How the hell do I study for this for Wisconsin?? I bought three mock exams to practice. Made a quizlet of one of the mock exams. Study everything until I got 80% or higher in the mock exams. For the Quizlet I knew every question besides 2. Schedule to take the test and I still failed. None of the questions I was even studying were on the actually exam.
Can anyone tell me where i can take the most accurate practice exams? Compucram through allied wasn't accurate at all! I was scoring 99% nearly every test, and i only unfortunately got a 60%. I need to study the actual meanings of the vocab for sure, but I don't trust Allied Real Estates Practice exams at all.

Test weeds out those that lack reading comprehension. It's a reading comprehension exam, so read read and study. Understand the material. If English isn't your 1st language; read, and get dic to comprehend every word.
Bye the way the California real estate exam is peace of cacke I passed it without studying much, however Texas Real estate exam is different animal and it is 4 hours long as well.

@@TruBimmer When people email me, I send free questions. One of the subs actually used the free ones and passed although he said the free questions were not close to the actual test questions lol
Unfortunately I am not familiar with a course that just drops 400 pages on you. If possible maybe request a refund? The courses I took were all online and very simple. They included chapter summaries and quizzes at the end of each chapter. If you cant get the refund, then try and skim the best you can and yes these test questions will be helpful.

Your study method is correct. It just Sounds like you need to find questions that are more relevant to the exam.

Test weeds out those that lack reading comprehension. It's a reading comprehension exam, so read read and study. Understand the material. If English isn't your 1st language; read, and get dic to comprehend every word.

Unit 1 is only 100 questions but you have 3.5 hours to complete the test.. NOT 150 questions with 3 hours to take the test.
Eric, thank you for the comment. What state? the California Salesperson exam is 150 multiple choice questions and 3 hours to complete.

Bye the way the California real estate exam is peace of cacke I passed it without studying much, however Texas Real estate exam is different animal and it is 4 hours long as well.

@@TruBimmer When people email me, I send free questions. One of the subs actually used the free ones and passed although he said the free questions were not close to the actual test questions lol

I just bought my course they gave me 3 folders with 400 pages each 🥲do I have to read all this or can I just study these exam questions ?

Unfortunately I am not familiar with a course that just drops 400 pages on you. If possible maybe request a refund? The courses I took were all online and very simple. They included chapter summaries and quizzes at the end of each chapter. If you cant get the refund, then try and skim the best you can and yes these test questions will be helpful.
