After almost 40 years of D&D we moved on to try out Runequest. So glad we did! So excited for this!
Leave classes and levels behind. d100 is where it's at, trust me.

This is the big thing I have been waiting for. Cults, Gods and Goddesses are a key part of Runequest gameplay and so far the latest edition has had nothing. I have had to rely on supplements from Runequest 2 and Runequest 3. Really looking forward to this. Without these books, Runequest is a choir without singers.
Yes, the cults are really central to gameplay in Glorantha.

Unclear. Four this year, but only two of them "cults" splats. Dunno what the fourth one is to be. Spruced-up version of the "Heortling myths" books? So that could be a five-year window. Or a two-year window. Or... anything. ("Heroquesting rules, out next year" -- forty years ago.)

Wow and wonderful! I've been a Glorantha fan for 40 years now, and it's amazing that new great stuff is still coming out.

@@ChristophKohring It was one book back in the RQ3 era, and even in the context of this project it's been a rolling "... it might be more than one-- strike, two, strike, three -- books exercise." So "instead of one book" seems entirely fair.

At first, shortly after the publication of The Guide to Glorantha during the HeroQuest/ Moon Design Publications era it was supposed to be just one system-less book, yes. The Book of Belintar if I remember it well.
