Unless we get a way to ability lock, I don’t really see it. Pid ex, zoroark and mew make it far less effective, higher supporter lines are going to be more common because of the flower and dark will be a horrendous type to be weak to with zard, zoroark and baby moon.
@@bernieswimif they are in bench they can be used in active and zoroark is a stage 1 so it’s so easy to counter plus it can be dusknoired when bossed or counter catchered then it gets out the game
If your opponent goes first and thenhits you with this combo next turn you have no hand with unevolved pokemon or big basics with hardly no energy. Then thye can keep shuffling your hand away each turn stalling till they setup there win condition. No hand then getting item locked. Have fun winning
I think Pablo is right on this one. You’re correct that having the hand disruption on an attack nerfs the effect. But beyond the energy cost and the lack of damage, the effect is still brutal. The opponent starts their turn with zero cards.

gardevoirs and zard are favourable against bolt, at least those decks have exploitable weaknesses

Nah something is getting banned like on previous turn 2 hand deletion and item lock combos. Probably xerosic because of the toxicity.
It's not that good because the hand disruption is on an attack. Red card and delinquent combo was broken because it does not end your turn.
