    As you can see, this roll cake is a biscuit with a castella-like taste and texture.
    The biscuits of this roll cake are very thick, so they are easy to break when rolled up and difficult to roll into a round shape.
    I like thick-style roll cakes, so there is a lot of dough.
    If you want it to be too thick, you can reduce the total amount by 2/3.
