There is private lifts for this series of apartments. But then these lifts are not operational. So everyone has to take entry from kitchen. Imagine every time you have to come from kitchen. And how embarrassing that guest and other visitors also has to come from kitchen.
Where do you put the bed in the bedroom? You give 12 foot high ceilings and no space for putting a bed? And the private lifts go directly to a huge semicircular area with no sense of space as a home? Confusing design with no real thought put into it.
Rooms are so small that one need to sleep into wardrobe only.😅

The flats are sold bare shell means no interior and no inside partition, all this is done by the buyer at his own discretion/ choice

Good amenities.. The design of the flat isn't that appealing.
The servants entry is seperate, but that's bad for security too, as anyone can make an entry thru that entrance.. ( anyone means any servant from the same complex)..
Overall the flat is large and beautiful.. The bedrooms seem smaller.. Probably could be designed in a better way
