This is the reason why Taeil is the main vocal of NCT and Sm trusts him and now sm has to recognize that sm must promote our vocalist better. Even he is the best vocalist of Nctzen but he still has a few ost and ballad songs. He need more places to show his ability. So I hope sm will promote him better in the future. taeil's voice is so unique, he sure is one of the best vocalist of kpop, people cant even deny because every song he sings he shows how much trained his voice is and that he can hit perfect notes without even trying too hard. he pours all his feeelings on his voice and sings and expresses himself so beautifully, it gets anyone mesmerized. AND he's such a good man with a pure heart and has the power of making everyone smile just being himself. i'm so glad he recorded this cover even though it's not his comfort zone (he even played the piano!!!!) , i'm going through a hard time in my life and i gotta make important decisions, this cover made me forget about those things for a few minutes and just filled my heart with the most genuine happiness. thank you so much, taeil.

I'm not a nctzen, but I have mad respect for Moon Taeil. The way he transitions into his upper register with so much ease whereas even some of his seniors have struggled to match Shin Yong Jae's consistency and skill is just fascinating. It can be easy to oversing and hard to emote and play an instrument while you sing, but Taeil has incredible control and knows how to take his time to build up on his performance. I'm sure the vocal coaches at SM know his worth as a musician, but I wish so did the fans because at the end of the day kpop companies aren't here for the art and as a fellow musician, I feel like someone with that much talent should be out there on singing shows, not hidden for lack of support.

Is it selfish for me to want him to do more covers and more solo activities ? I know his voice is easily strained, so I’m wondering if that’s why he doesn’t like that much to do covers as doyoung does... but his voice is a pure treasure, i really want to hear more of him...
Unpopular opinion but I think one of the few things that also prevents us from hearing more of Taeil’s god tier voice is that he is very much under appreciated by fans. Compared to other members, he’s got one of the most least views on social media (covers, focus vids, etc.) which utterly saddens me cos he is so passionate with music & he deserve so much more recognition & praise! Like let’s be real, SM is a company that profits from its artist & the more popular you are the more promotion/solo activities you get. The number of times I’ve promoted & created threads on twitter to support Taeil are countless incl. the rest of the Moonis! And us Moonis that support & treasure him so much, we get to keep him away from the ‘world’ & just cherish him a bit more before he gets exposed to the world. So anyway, to end this.. I think his singing part is already okay but i think Taeil needs more screentime in the mv because there are a lot of time when he sings in nct's mv, they show other members instead of him that makes the viewer does not aware that he is the one who is singing certain parts. @triple N NCT 127's title tracks are mostly rap focused so vocal lines dont get to shine more but in their b-sides taeil gets lots of lines..but he does need more screentime in their mvs
I disagree. NCT127 has 9 members, with at least 6 vocalist. This comeback let Yuta's vocals time to shine, while giving part to Jaehyun, Haechan Doyoung too. And it was not even enough. We can't expect everything from a title track with 9 members on it. What I truly want from Taeil though, is a solo album, and more covers. That'll give justice to his voice.

Unpopular opinion but I think one of the few things that also prevents us from hearing more of Taeil’s god tier voice is that he is very much under appreciated by fans. Compared to other members, he’s got one of the most least views on social media (covers, focus vids, etc.) which utterly saddens me cos he is so passionate with music & he deserve so much more recognition & praise! Like let’s be real, SM is a company that profits from its artist & the more popular you are the more promotion/solo activities you get. The number of times I’ve promoted & created threads on twitter to support Taeil are countless incl. the rest of the Moonis! And us Moonis that support & treasure him so much, we get to keep him away from the ‘world’ & just cherish him a bit more before he gets exposed to the world. So anyway, to end this.. I think his singing part is already okay but i think Taeil needs more screentime in the mv because there are a lot of time when he sings in nct's mv, they show other members instead of him that makes the viewer does not aware that he is the one who is singing certain parts. Also he needs to be pushed in programs like king of masked singer

@triple N NCT 127's title tracks are mostly rap focused so vocal lines dont get to shine more but in their b-sides taeil gets lots of lines..but he does need more screentime in their mvs

I disagree. NCT127 has 9 members, with at least 6 vocalist. This comeback let Yuta's vocals time to shine, while giving part to Jaehyun, Haechan Doyoung too. And it was not even enough. We can't expect everything from a title track with 9 members on it. What I truly want from Taeil though, is a solo album, and more covers. That'll give justice to his voice.
I wonder if taeil checks comments on RUclips. I want him to see how much support he has so he can keep going and fighting for his chances to show off his voice no matter how hard it is within SM.

I became an NCTzen because of moon taeil. Legit the two lines SM gives him in mvs had me in love and now I cannot get enough. I’ve slowly fallen in love with all of them (ot21 all the way) but he will always hold a special place in my heart. His vocals are god-like, they just mesmerize me. Lowkey dance king. Visuals are just perfect. Literal chefs kiss. We couldn’t have someone better. Idk why fans be sleeping on him and why he gets hate it’s literally unfathomable to me.
