Great review. I've seen many RUclips reviews on this truck and you, by far, have the best review. Very clear and thorough. Thanks for taking the time and effort to learn the vehicles you review and conveying it to the viewer so clearly. Awesome job 👍
Your imagination would be accurate. This is what the majority of Texans drive, along with F-150’s. Raptors are as common as Mustangs and Mustangs are everywhere, but I still love them.
@Bob The I never notice, I usually get my truck review by TFL . But I always enjoy watching car reviews and updates by Matt. Been watching him for a long time now. Since Subaruwrxfan. When he was reviewing used cars. 😋
I drove one just like your tester, but it was in Velocity Blue and it had the Sport, Ultimate, and Tremor packages. For being 250" big, it honestly drove a whole lot smaller than it is sized.
I actually think the Ram interior with the wall mounted television is just too much. I’d take the f250 anyday. Plus. The rotary gear shifter. I can’t get over it.
dal0768 Yeah these the times we living in. Remember the good old days you could get a fully loaded mustang gt convertible for under 34 grand now a fully loaded mustang gt convertible is damn near 60 grand. Shit I remember a base mustang hard top was 18,000 now they like 27,000 and some change.
Matt, you said "first thing you notice is it is very loud" come on! Get in a 2006 6.0 Superduty or a 7.3L Superduty, now that's noisy. These new trucks are NOT noisy at all.
The Ram had to make the interior the best to offset for the smaller crew cab or front cockpit on the mega cab. The smaller front cockpit is what pushed me away from the Ram since my 17 1500 is a bit cramped l.
When comparing the ride with the Ram make sure you identify if the Ram is riding on coil springs or leaf springs. If the difference is coil then yes the Ram rides better than the F250. The difference will be in the pulling and hauling capacity.
I bought my XLT crew 4x4 the dash said 9 mpg 😂 my jaw dropped my 6.4 deleted at least gets 12 😂 but a trip to Vegas and back on the 40 21mpg!!!!! Close to 22 but it's also known to lie... 😂 But 1 full tank from Vegas to NM with 2 or 3 stops hmmm not bad....
If you think he looks hilarious next to this Ford 250, you should see what i see in the Philippines. They have short guys who barely reach the gas pedal and dont have a flippin clue as to what they are trying to drive. This guy did ok. Atleats he fits the part.
@@MattMaranMotoring Hoonigan is doing a duramax camaro project right now. Pretty much the same deal but they're doing it as a top speed car. It's pretty neat to see!
Those weight ratings make no sense. The diesel with dually would be able to tow the most. There is no way a diesel can tow less than a gas. Semi trucks would be gas then. I think you need to see if its a dually or not.
Torque is always expressed with a - between ft & lbs or lbs & ft. It is never expressed with a / as that symbol is meaningless and not a correct engineering expression of torque. Yes, it does make a difference. Many make this mistake and just show that lack of understanding!!

This is what I imagine everyone in Texas drives
you’re not very far off
Shinidoshi i mean it’s a big mix but you definitely see at least like 20 f150s and like 10 f-250+ in a 25 mile trip

In Wyoming everyone drives duallys
Yes, but no, but yes.
Reviewing trucks now? nice🤙🏽 Great review Matt!

@@AndrewBonilla441 I've been a fan of him since Subaruwrxfan also. He has reviewed the Silverado, Ram, Tundra, and probably more trucks
Good review. I hope to own this truck someday healthy and successful always for you and family Matt 🤗🤗 from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Been wanting to see this review
Very nice truck! I like the exterior styling and they are very comfortable interiors, and what a monster powerhouse.

$72k for a pick-up truck? 🤦♂️ But I guess these are the times we live in these days. Nice review though.

That's nothing... go all the way up to a 450 Limited and get all the options and it touches just over $90k! 😑
The dealership is popping confetti and the salesman's getting high fives if someone buys that lariat for 72k. Nobody actually pays sticker, right?
@@matt22blaster Getting my F-350 Lariat Monday. Diesel, 8 ft. bed, gooseneck & 5th wheel pkg. sprayed in bed liner. 72,000.oo. Cant wait.
I like all your videos keep doing what you doing stay healthy stay safe
Loved the video! Thanks Matt!
My dream truck exactly
That truck is awesome!
ikr

Another excellent review. Cool!
Super duty.. nice
Great review matt
Good video but loud engine!? Have you ever driven a 7.3, 6.0 or 6.4 diesel pickup? Or any other older diesels?

hi Matt. nice vid. liked b4 watching b/c I knew it was going to be good
Bob The
Same!
Review the 7.3 gas V8 please!
You didn’t extend the tailgate handle all the way. Pulls out horizontally then up vertically. Good review Matt thanks.
I know, I showed it fully deployed in the interior review. Thanks for watching!
Nice truck!

Hope you could do a review on a Ford ranger Wildtrak
America doesn't get the wildtrak
Big Bertha for real lmao
Have you done a Silverado 2500 diesel yet?

72k? that's insane.
You look hilarious next to it. And it’s shorter this year

review a Ford Crown Vic
The panther platform! *whips out claws*
What would happen if you put this engine in a Mustang?
It would be a terrible experience.
It would be extremely front heavy. But somebody should try it for a drag car, it’d be hilarious lol.

It’d be pretty slow. Meant for low end power, not top end.

Wish they would update the interior. It's even worse than the GMC interiors
It’s about a year or two away. F150 gets it for 2021.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Tell me why you look like Andy grown up
I wanna park my gti next to one of these and compare the size
u can, just go buy one
Your not used to trucks at all let alone diesel trucks….
The Tremor has a gasoline powered 7.2L V8.
No, you can get the tremor package on nearly any f250 trim, regardless of the engine.
72k for a truck? Lol what?
Might be only truck you will buy / need in a lifetime
1MPG city 2 MPG highway 😂
1.5 combined
no
First
Congrats!
I’ll take a Ram over a Ford honestly. Ram looks more civilized and has looks. Ford just looks to much of a “Work Truck” IMO.
So what's the point of watching this when your mind is already made up🙄...ford series truck forever "🤷♂️
Edward Davis Watched it to see what it brings to the table.
Thats the look i want, the work look. Because im grindinnnnnnn
