    ◎Material introduction
    [Main material]
    - Beef sirloin(400g), Curry powder(2tbsp and a half), Solid curry(100g), Water(a little)

    - Onion(1ea), Korean green pumpkin(120g), Potato(250g)
    [Stir-fried ingredients]
    - Butter(40g), Crushed garlic(1/2tbsp), Cooking wine(2tbsp), Ginger powder(1t), Chicken Stock(1tbsp), Brown sugar(1tbsp and a half), Water(1L), Condiment(2t), Pepper powder(1tbsp)

    - Garlic flakes, Green Onion
    ◎Cooking process
    [Material preparation process]
    1.Slice various vegetables in advance to prepare the ingredients
    - Onion(1ea), Korean green pumpkin(120g), Potato(250g) -
    2.Beef fillet (400g) is easy to eat and cut into just the right size.
    3.Put a little curry powder (2 tablespoons and a half) and water in a bowl to dissolve
    4.Put the prepared potatoes in a blender and grind them all

    1.Pour the butter (40g) in a pan and fry the sliced onion (1ea) for a long time to turn it brown.
    2.When the roasted onion turns brown, add beef sirloin (400g) and minced garlic (1/2tbsp) and stir-fry.

    4.When it's cooked to a certain degree, pour water (1L) and boil it.
    5.When it boils, add the ground potatoes and boil it more
    6.When it boils and the ingredients are cooked, add solid curry (100g) and stir while melting
    7.In addition, add the curry powder melted water and keep stirring
    8.Add seasoning (2t) and pepper powder (1tbsp) to make it umami, and stir.
    - If you add a lot of pepper powder, it will enhance the flavor of the curry. -
