    There are a variety of Korean foods

    So the food we prepared today is cucumber beetroot kimchi

    ◎Material introduction
    [Main material]
    - Cucumber(7ea), leek(1000g)
    [Vegetable]
    - Onion(1/2), Red pepper(2ea), Carrot(80g), Green Onion(1ea)
    [Seasoning]
    - Coarse Salt(1tbsp and a half), Crushed garlic(3tbsp), Ginger(1/2tbsp), Salted-fish juice(6tbsp), Anchovy sauce(5tbsp), Plum syrup(3tbsp), Cooking wine(5tbsp), Saccharin(1t), Condiment(1/2tbsp), Brown sugar(2tbsp), Red pepper powder(1tbsp), Miwon(1/2t), Whole sesame(1tbsp and a half)
    ◎Cooking process
    1.Use a knife to peel off the convex part of the cucumber (7ea) and wash it cleanly.
    2.Cut the cucumbers (7ea) into 4-5 pieces that are easy to eat, and remove the seeds of the cucumber.
    - If you remove the seeds of the cucumber, the texture of the cucumber will last longer. -
    3.Put the cucumber in a bowl, sprinkle with coarse salt (1tbsp and a half), mix, and soak for 10 minutes. While it is being cooked, keep turning it over once in the middle.
    4.While the cucumber is being soaked, chop the various vegetables
    - Onion(1/2), Red pepper(2ea), Carrot(80g), Green Onion(1ea) -
    - leek (1000g) as well, cut it into 2 equal parts -
    5.Drain the cucumber and throw it away as the pickled water is not used.
    6.Put the cucumbers in a large bowl and add the sliced vegetables
    - Onion(1/2), Red pepper(2ea), Carrot(80g), Green Onion(1ea) -
    7.Then immediately add various seasonings and mix
    - Crushed garlic(3tbsp), Ginger(1/2tbsp), Salted-fish juice(6tbsp), Anchovy sauce(5tbsp), Plum syrup(3tbsp), Cooking wine(5tbsp), Saccharin(1t), Condiment(1/2tbsp), Brown sugar(2tbsp), Red pepper powder(1tbsp), Miwon(1/2t) -
    - When you add seasoning, don't just add Anchovy sauce, but also salted-fish juice to make it taste better. -
    8.Add the seasoning and mix everything, add the leek and mix again
    9.Finally, add whole sesame seeds (1tbsp and a half) and mix again to complete cucumber beetroot kimchi.
    ▷Cucumber leek kimchi is even cooler and more delicious if you put it in the refrigerator after it has been aged for 2-3 days.
