Sunbridge is further away around 50-60 min. Oasis is the closest 15 min and the one with the walking track upstairs is in Davenport called Del Webb Orlando even though it’s not in Orlando
@@dianelucio5420 Orlando is a huge area so The question is what are you looking to do. If you want to 55+ community it’s not necessarily Orlando being the closest there are other smaller cities that are closer than that. Disney is in Lake Buena Vista.
I’m sorry, I should have said the Orlando 55+ community. We use a indoor walking track now, so I’m drawn to that community because they have one. But I also don’t want to be an hour away from Disney. I’m just looking right now to see what is in the area not to far from Disney. Something within 30 mins would be nice.
We closed on our home in del Webb Sunbridge. It was a horrible experience. The sales person are poorly informed and the building personnel responsible for making sure our home was going to be delivered on time and assure the quality of the home were incompetent. On our closing date our home was filthy. All the items we found that needed to be corrected or fixed was incomplete. I’m am beside myself and very very depressed. The builder has ghosted us and turned us over to warrantee to fix the things the builder team Neglected to correct. There was no care or pride in our home. The interior looks like it was worked on by day laborers rather than professionals. I am so Sad because I have no confidence in this company or it’s people. They have a mission statement and they completely ignored it. Now I feel my only opportunity is to sell this home and hopefully get what I paid for it. My heart is broken.
@@TheFloridaAgents bad would be acceptable at this point. This was a horrible experience. No one should have to be going through what we are going through with a brand new home. The issues we are having should have been corrected during the construction phase. Now after closing when we are trying to make a home. This company robbed us of what was supposed to be a fantastic feeling. The builders do not care and take no pride in the construction of your home. They take no blame and just look at you with a blank stare when you express your discontent.

Yes there is a CDD around 1200 a year
They had said it would be over 1300 Del Web homes. Do you think they will open a third section?
