The club hosting our Mischief Destroy release party asked a couple of their cop buddies to block off the intersections for our stunt show. They gave us 15-20 mins to go nuts. The noise and smoke attacked too much attention and more cops came by to check it out. We stopped the show and one of the "other" cops asked for Dado's DL. He didn't have it and almost got arrested right before our big party. I can't remember how he talked his way out of it. You can't get permits in DC to do what we did especially near the US Capitol. It was one of those once in a lifetime opportunities.
@@mischieftelevision Well, you did not include the donuts actually in front of the Capitol ) I guess because that was in the first M3 that got stolen in NYC... I was supposed to go to the start of the Player's run at Petersen in 03 in LA and was just a bit late to the party - but remember seeing the photos of this car taken on the roof, when the car was still avus blue (just like mine at the time).. A guy at the door gave me one of the playa's run badges to keep actually. Those for the times.. Local DTM chapters in LA would throw house parties and just invite everyone on the board..
The E36 M3 build that everybody to this day is still trying to recreate but cant, you can buy the car, you can buy the parts, but you cant buy Dado's skills or charm.
I credit Dado with bringing drifting to the mainstream with a vengeance! I have met probably hundreds of folks at drift events that say they were turned onto to the art through Teckademics and Dado.
Damn!!!! LEGENDARY Right here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D Any time I see an M3...Dado's always pops in my head as one of the most legendary builds to ever exist! Long Live Teckademics Mischief crew baby!!!! Hope all is well Dustin!!!

@@miyaaaaw was it not his first m3 (Dakar yellow) that got stolen? I thought the carbon bonnet yellow turbo car was actually his second blue M3 after it was built?
It mentions in the description that there were two different M3s: the first one was stolen after the Gumball 3000 in 2002, and the second was destroyed during a drifting session at a racetrack back in 2008-ish.
His original yellow 1999 M3 was stolen in NY. He bought this Avus Blue 1995 to replace it. He wrecked this one at a drift event at Summit Point Raceway I believe. I believe that was in like 2008-2009.
