The anarchy he is all for it as he left the blown-up police station in the back of a police car reveling in the moment. For a second in dual decision making, he won; the criminals did nothing, and the citizens contemplated setting off the criminals' bomb. I think that last scene was not true to the Joker as the detonators provided to each boat was set to the other boat not to their own. Fault falls ambiguously, but it was always the Joker who killed them even by their own hand.

I can see why some wouldn't like the art in this comic, but this is what I love about comic books. These panels are gorgeous! It has its own style, its own purpose, and while not every one is perfect this is irrefutably art. It screams hand-drawn with love and care, and as it leans more into its style as Batman's condition worsens, it reminds me why I fell in love with comic books. Art.

I do not know why you do not get sponsors. When in the comic, Batman is talking to Nina on how she sent the virus. You could have got a VPN business, to sponsor you. You could have a break in the narration, of the comic book. Say; Well, if Joker, & Batman had VPN they wouldn't get the virus. Or when Batman is loosing his strength. You could have got a sponsor for testosterone pills. You could say; "See, if Batman took testosterone pills, he would still have his strength and stamina!" What do you think?

The whole point of that line is that he’s lying to trick Dent. The beginning of the movie demonstrates how joker operates, he’s meticulous.
