Been counting down the days till my probld case comes in. I can't wait I know the difference the reveno cvt kit made on my 171... first hand nothing compares to it. If ur worried about the price just think of all the cvt parts u buy n put on a shelf cuz they didn't make a difference.
Hey man don’t know if you will get back to me I’m a customer that’s bought quite a few things from your website u make amazing parts, I have a vento scooter that I extended I would really like you to see but any way maybe you could help me with a problem I’m having I have a 8pole ac wiring harness on it that’s always been good to me I’ve always had one problem with it tho it will not start from the button I’ve tried everything replacing switches stators and any other electronic u can think of it will start by jumping the solenoid but when I try starting from button it dims headlights but no clicking from solenoid I do have a high torque banjing starter on it after installing a 171cc big bore kit ik it’s a lot to read but maybe you can help me
You need to have bigger ground wires on it as it is a must with electrical system on Scooters need a much bigger wire to ground plus have added ground wires.
On the 190cc build i accidentally forgot to throw the starter in and put the ankle biter in there. End it took me so long, trying to finesse. It getting one tenth of a spin on those bolts until they finally got nicely tightened up lmfaooo😅😂😂😂 such a tight little spot to try to get a hold of one of them bolts

that primary drive shaft is beefier than oem ones or is it still factory? in oem set-up you can notice that the the tip of the drive shaft is locked/slotted in a bearing housing that cover that part of clutch bell cover. i think the oem clutch-bell housing support for that whole clutch assembly is way way beefier and better than that cnc lego like pieces and can solved that crank housing on breaking half.

That reveno clutch is cool. But the price is too crazy..
It ain’t cheap. Mainly because it’s not a mass produced part like most the run of the mill GY6 parts you find on the market.

I have 150cc gy6 scooter, man this cvt is insane 😮, I wish I could buy this but I believe it's expensive.

i have a 4 wheeler 150cc gy6 and it shake allot and when i rev the engine it shake much more i was wondering if it could be the cvt.
