Thank you for all your videos about how the various systems on board work and are maintained. You make it look so easy. If the issue arises - at a remote airport in order to just bring us home swiftly and safely - I'm now prepared to replace the fuel filters, any of the slide tubes and fix the APU.
There's one pretty key difference between a main entry door slide, and an emergency exit slide, and that's that the main slides also act as life rafts; eg they're "slide rafts" If you remember the iconic photo of US Air 1549 in the Hudson River, and all the people standing on the two slide rafts, there's your example of why.
Hello my friend i want aske you why you puted panting protective on the bonding I'm always seeing this panting spicelly on bonding for any air craft ???thanks allot for you and i wish you nice life in the neue year❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉
On what grounds are these bottles usually changed out? Is it just based on age or other factors as well? Because the replaced bottle was still in the green on the pressure gauge.
This task has caused more than a few ISD's. I honestly do not like the Airbus emergency escape system. More complicated than it needs to be and a far greater risk of accidently blowing a slide. I really think Boeing does it better especially on their newer jets. It's so much more simpler and far less risky to do.
Keep going you are the good teacher never seen
Great as always Zetoo

You are talking about rafts, I'm talking about slides. You can have both types on the main door. It depends on which configuration the company chose
Very cool! These safety systems are so interesting
Thanks for this useful video
My pleasure
Good day
As always interesting video
Thanks
so great thankyou
Very good
How many years do composite bottles typically last before they can no longer be refilled? Do they have a shorter service life than aluminum bottles?
hi zeto do you use different tools specifically for aircraft ? great channel
Depends on which part of the world you are. Because we use imperial tools not metric
Tomas, great video. I'm thinking the tank had to be replaced because it had low pressure ? Can the removed tank be tested and reused ?

Humiseal, protection against humidity/moisture

I am curious, the gauge on the bottle appears to show full. Why does it need replacing instead of just an inspection?
Is this CO2 / Nitrogen or what gas is used?
Nitrogen, it is cheap, inert and in abundance.
@@ulysees-31 Thx!
Exactly nitrogen 🙂
