I started my GLP-1 journey on 21st May 2024
My current dose is Mounjaro 5mg

I only shop every 10 days to make me use up stuff in the cupboards and freezer It really works I’ve also managed to save £100 a month

That’s fab. I tend to go when I need … I don’t really have a set day anymore. Much easier now I’m retired compared to when I was at work. I certainly waste much less food now than I used to and am really good and sticking stuff in the freezer rather than wasting it.
It’s amazing he much money can be saved by changing our habits.
I could do with going through our freezer though tbh xxx
