You are 100% correct about the petroleum products and rubber as a tire guy myself of 27 years I once had a trucking company in Shelbyville Tennessee I took care of weekly spill a bunch of motor oil on the floor never cleaned it from underneath the truck tires in the rack when they went to go pull them to put them on the trucks the whole bottom portion of the brand new tires turn to mush !!
Super Swampers have thick beads because in the old days (before bead locks) we drilled holes in the lip of the rim and used sheet metal screws to hold the bead.

Eric is absolutely correct. If you don't have a spare, you will get a flat. When you have tires like that you need a spare because nothing else will fit.

Mara the new shoes definitely look awesome for sure!!! I definitely can tell you that the price on new shoes have definitely not went down on price for sure they have almost doubled in price or they did double in price on the 39” boggers!!! When I bought my 39” boggers years ago they were just under 200.00$ each and now they are well over 400.00$ ea now!!! I’d definitely love to go with a 40” or even a 42” tire for my 1969 Chevy K30 but I’ll definitely have to save just to be able to afford a set for sure!!! I definitely love the looks of those swampers that you got!!! I used to run a set of 36” swamper SX they had nice sidewall lugs on them and did amazing in the mud but a bogger is just a totally different breed of tire and I definitely love them!!!

What brand and size are those beadlocks?
I’m running Eaton 15x10 beadlocks on my truck.
One is a spare tire and the rest of them are meant for your kaiser jeep wrecker and now your getting ready for the four wheel drive jeep mud events
