My first intention in buying a pair of sticks was to defend myself against aggressive dogs during my runs or walks. I was attacked many times so I got very angry and bought the sticks so I could carry them anywhere and strike every dog that dared to run towards me with aggression. But now I wanna learn for my own growth in the martial arts and not for the dogs.

Already done that video with the knife. It’s on the channel. I’ve also shown bolo switched in videos. You’d have to find those videos though but they’re on the channel also. 👍🏼
Really nice you could almost turn it into a mini kata practicing strikes, and switching at the same time. Always wanted something like this some sort of form or Kata one of your videos

Do a video hand switching with a blade.
