You can upload code in the bottom of the page in case if you have it on local IDE, or you can directly copy paste your code from local IDE to online editor.
You do not have to give any static inputs, just use input() method wherever you need to input from the user, depending upon the type of constraints.

Please do not. Runtime errors usually occur when the program or loop is not getting terminated properly, or some other reasons. Kindly check what could go wrong in your offline IDE once.

You can do it, go ahead, it will not count as plagiarism until you copied the code from someone who already solved it. If it is your work, you can copy from one IDE to another IDE.
