I unironically use those when I do the daily Air Assault battle just because AI gunners dont know what to do if youre underneath of their bomber. Its an EZ way to get a 150% - 300% RP booster (as long as your teammates arent absolute garbo)
Many bombers at that tier don't have belly gunners (which is why Schrage Musik was developed). So you are safe as long as ones to the sides can't get a waist gun on you.
