This expansive green space, covering 750 acres, is one of Islamabad's largest and most beautiful recreational areas, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and urban convenience.
Our Route:
- **Run 3K Nonstop**: We start with a 3-kilometer nonstop run, immersing ourselves in the park's serene environment.
- **Walk 1K**: After the run, we'll take a relaxing 1-kilometer walk, giving you a chance to see more of the park's attractions at a leisurely pace.
About Fatima Jinnah Park:
Named after Fatima Jinnah, the sister of Pakistan's founder, this park serves as a lush retreat in the heart of Islamabad. It was designed by Michael Japero and inaugurated in 1992, with a revised master plan by Pakistani architect Nayyar Ali Dada in 2005.
Features and Attractions:
- **7 km Track**: The park features a complete 7 km track, perfect for walking, running, and jogging. This track, shaded by long trees, follows the park's boundary and offers stunning views.
- **Scenic Beauty**: Enjoy breathtaking landscapes with the Margalla Hills as a backdrop and various water ponds scattered throughout the park.
- **Sports Facilities**: Explore the cricket stadium, tennis courts, and a dedicated skating and cycling area for kids.

- **Mehran Gate (Gate 1)**: Southern side facing sector G-9 on Jinnah Avenue.
- **Bolan Gate (Gate 2)**: Western side facing sector F-10.
- **Khyber Gate (Gate 3)**: Northern side facing sector E-9 on Khyaban e Iqbal (Margalla Road).
- **Ravi Gate (Gate 4)**: Eastern side facing sector F-8 on 9th Avenue.
- **Gate 5**: Near Ravi Gate, established for access to the COVID-19 vaccination center.
