Good video. I would add that the breather originally would have had a lil spout that clamps onto the end of it to help direct the oil. Often overlooked part.
I noticed on my 1970 FLH shovelhead, I don't know if this is factory ithad still had the engine oil primary oil together ..which I separated. But the crankcase breather goes right over and kind of spits on the chain. Rear ..I don't know if that was stock or not ,I kind of left it that way I figure it was better than just in the center which might get on the tire. Now my evolution bike and the 1980 I just ran the hose off on the right hand side just under the frame rail. That's interesting how they did it on the earlier bikes. So good use of that extra spitting oil
I like that double duty for the old oil 👍🏼👍🏼

@@brianrooney2970 I didn’t realize that. However, I’m gonna try and find one and put it on. Thank you for that input.
I ordered that spout. Thx
Awesome. We gotta help each other out on here. Keep up the videos.
@@brianrooney2970 we sure do. Keep your eye out as I’ll include the install in a video and give you a shout out.

@@MoeLarrycurly1 I’m not sure about the 70s bike myself. It is good use of the oil though.
