I have really been struggling with time management/prioritization (like when I’m doing care time for my patient that is due but something else is going on with my other patient) and report. If you have the time I would be great if you could make some videos on this. You seem so knowledgeable and you’ve experienced what it’s like as a new NICU nurse and now moving into an NNP role (such an inspiration!😍) TIA!

I will make a video on how to manage this better ❤️. In the meantime hang in there like I said in the video that day is more for a nurse who has been doing it for a year. In the beginning everything is scary. It gets greater later I promise.😉
