The Myth of High Risk High Gain & The 3 'R'

Its a general saying that High Risk High Gain, but to a large extent I disagree with it and in this video I'm trying to tell you that the risk itself on its own is not sufficient and we need 2 more R's called Respect and Recognition to be able to handle the same.
