Nice illustration of both factor() and fct_reorder() functions. It provides a clear logical link. I also noticed you are relying on the newest tidyverse function summarise(. , .by = ). It is like group_by() but not quite. I wonder if it would be a good idea to alert the viewers when you are introducing the latest versions of tidyverse functions. Thanks.
