    The thing is you never really realise how fit you are until you stop training then you come back after Christmas and blowing out your arse after round one 😂

    Some good points lm always saying to my coach sparring above running hes old school used to box and coach for repton lm a coach now and hes run run run lm like spar pads bags 😂😂😂

      Yeah diet is crucial. Take it slow, don’t try to rush the process!

    I’m 16 years I do muy Thai I’m like 25% body fat and my fitness is sht shall I do 3k or 5k runs and do I do this 5 days of the week or less

      Yeah 7 hours is good but they say 8 is optimal for the average person.
