Homo-Melanocetus, or the South East Asian Siren, is a very strange creature compared to its European Counterpart. The human part appears to be merely the lure of a large predatory fish of the Lophiiformes Family. However, the human shows remarkable intelligence and autopsies (sourced from a Siren who died of natural causes) show that both heads have a distinct brain. It is possible the human half is unaware of the predatory intelligence beneath it. It is also possible that the two halves are actually a single mind. The fish half also has human level intelligence according to brain scans. The entity's first recorded encountered by US Troops during the Vietnam war. The maiden half educated the two soldiers on the folly of their ways, but when they brought back their commanding officer to speak with her, she ate him when he called her a racial slur. The entity seems to operate as a being of intense moral judgement. Be nice to it, and it won't harm you. Try to hurt it, and if will literally bite your head off. In addition to the human torso, the Siren also appears to have the tentacles of a cephalopod along its dorsal and ventral flanks. Our researchers were not able to ascertain the use of these tentacles but theorized it either used them to grapple prey or walk on land.
Whoah, this just brought back memories of several tales I've heard involving a "Lady of the Lake" paranormal entity. Pasty pale, dark haired, with uncanny valley eyes. This monster diorama makes me debate internally: "Which is worst, demons or monsters!?" Incredible diorama, your hands truly show the level of your passion =)
Neither, Demons are predictable in stabbing you in the back and monsters just want to eat you. Humans are the only creatures I know of who will do one, the other, both, or drown you in the river they lead you to drink from just for kicks and giggles.
Your work is such a pleasure to watch . I love all the small details, like the skulls at the bottom of the lake. Such beautiful work. The monsters are always so unique and Lovecraftian.
Pure unadulterated talent, couldn’t take my eyes off the whole video, and the result was beyond impressive. No words were spoken, but a gripping and perhaps terrifying story is/was told here. Amazing work! Subbed..
It's look mysterious. Like a scene in a movie. Two US army in a middle jungle, near side of mysterious lake during the Vietnam's War. An eerie moment. What an art. Incredible skill n imagination.
Very intricate and beautiful in a haunting way. The only criticism I'd like to leave is that this diorama could have used lighting from below - the lily pads and foam on the surface are a great touch, they would prevent the soldiers from noticing the monster until it was too late, but this way, the person who looks at the diorama can't see the monster's face - what I see is mainly the tentacles. The suspense would be greater, too, if we could see even more clearly the threat below the surface that the soldiers are missing.
The thing is they tried giving it a more lake feeling, usually sunlight above doesn’t fully reach the bottom of a lake. So the dark suspense underwater makes it way better even if you are unable to see it
You can always add the lighting for other occasions. This is better because it really feels murky and hard to see what stuff is beneath. Give you a chill down the spine when you as the audience know what is lurking beneath.
@@lipinglin1994 yeah, it highlights just enough from outside light to get that murky touch while being able to see detail without the colors and imagery blaring at you.

I adore this diorama! You’re so very talented and I’d love to be able to do as you do someday- with that in mind, I’m curious. Why’d you make the lower level look all wet before when you were just going to put in resin later? It clearly wasn’t glue as you still had to glue down the skulls, so I’m just a bit confused haha- oh, and why’d you make a mold out of the foam? Wouldn’t it be easier to just use the foam you cut in the first place? Hope you’re doing well :)
It's to seal all those small pieces that will move around as the resin cures. It's also so you have a LOT less air bubbles. When resin cures, it's creating a chemical reaction with heat causing air bubbles that will pop up from every single tiny crevice. I've noticed with their stuff is they don't put it everywhere, so they can control those, as air bubbles do naturally occur in water. Hope that helps.
Sorry if I came off as rude, I'm very ill right! Resin is an expensive hobby to start, so try to learn as much as you can before getting sticky! Ok, bye!

A few years ago I tried to draw a giant anglerfish whose light is the beauty of a woman and a hypnotised diver swims toward it. This guy is orders of magnitude above me in creativity and talent.
When a diorama can inspire a lot of concepts- fictional story, poem, metamorphosis etc. in the comment section,i means that this 3D art has truly ascended from being just an extraordinary skill of artwork but it is well on it's way to becoming a cultural icon. would love to see where it will really be defined by future generations.
Awesome work! I was thinking that the vibrant pink and red colouring on top of the creature looked extremely noticeable particularly when the epoxy resin water mold was taken off unlike your other works of art where you can't see the creature when looking down into the water, but the placement of those few lilies and blooms completely camouflages the creature perfectly without the water surface looking unnatural or overcrowded.
"Help. Someone help" A woman's cried echoed the Jungle. "Sir, it's a voice." "Careful. There shouldn't be any village around here." "What if she does need out help." "We're here to kill, not save. Don't forget that." "I may be over stepping, but sir. If we help her, she might lead her to the hidden village. A Hostage in a way." The jungle was so eerie, a place that a satellite was not even helpful. Fog so dense that you could only see few meters ahead of you. Vehicles and communications outside was rendered useless. The decision was too much for the man in charge to bear after losing their commander to a monster. "No, we cannot lose any more men." He walked off, others joined. But the two men stayed. "It's going on our record." "So what, I can't leave someone out here. Wherever the hell this is." The two men walked off, to the direction of the voice. Deeper they went, their boots sinking in mud. Slowly approaching a water source. "Help... someone... help..." The voice was getting louder and louder. "Look Henry, it's a girl!!" The two rushed to save her, pull her out from the water. "The hell!! Is she stuck or something?" "Hey Tom, hel-" It only took few seconds, Tom was grabbed from his feet, dragged into the water. His air bubbled up from the surface, but soon silenced. Henry let go of the girl's hand. But it was too late, the thing's hair tangled with his hand. "GET THE HELL OFF ME!!" He struggled, he tried to cut the hair, but it grew back to trap him even further. "Ah finally, some fresh flesh." Henry was dragged into the water, her face warped into Tom's face. Henry panicked, tried to get away. But he got closer to what was it's true form's mouth. He tried to kick it, shoot and stab it to launch himself. But in his old friend's voice. It uttered. "It hurts... it hurts so much Henry... why are you hurting me like this." Henry soon ran out of air, his lungs pressured into doing so. His vision became blurry, seeing his brothers in arms for the last time. Regret filled his mind. 'Dammit... I should've listened....' Henry was soon eaten too. Not known if he drowned first or he felt the razor sharp teeth sink into his body. It was smart, it used Tom's and Henry's voice to drag out the comrades who were looking for them. The monster's stomach was full for the first time in a very long time.

OMG what did I just stumble upon ? This is masterclass at its finest, and I mean everything about this presentation. Truly inspirational, especially your idea with the creature itself. This is a highly intelligent design of a highly intelligent creature by an apparently highly intelligent artist. The fact that this creature uses such a devious bait speaks for its cunning, making it so much more dangerous. This is a true predator and not some generic mass of muscles in a bad mood. This is the kind of horror that will keep children from taking a bath for over a week. Excellent stuff. I would so love to see a movie on this creatrure. I used to do a bit of painting on Warhammer miniatures back in the 90's and have seen some fantastic ideas from their so called Golden Demon entry awards for painted miniatures and dioramas, but beside the pure talent of some painters there are only a handfull that distinguish themselves in their initial ideas, and this one truly counts among them. A few years ago I tried to draw a giant anglerfish whose light is the beauty of a woman and a hypnotised diver swims toward it. This guy is orders of magnitude above me in creativity and talent.
"She'll sweetly drown you if you get too close"
Amazing job, creepy and that edge of anticipation feeling really comes through!
Exactly, The deceit is real! I think one of the greatest gifts is the ability to speak without words.
So awesome. Love the detailed work you've done here.
This is so creative! I love it when you do creepy and scary pieces of art like this, terrifying, but I love it!
Outstanding skill creating this piece of Art! Such a wonderful talent. Thanks for the video.
"Help. Someone help"
A woman's cried echoed the Jungle.
"Sir, it's a voice."
"Careful. There shouldn't be any village around here."
"What if she does need out help."
"We're here to kill, not save. Don't forget that."
"I may be over stepping, but sir. If we help her, she might lead her to the hidden village. A Hostage in a way."
The jungle was so eerie, a place that a satellite was not even helpful. Fog so dense that you could only see few meters ahead of you. Vehicles and communications outside was rendered useless. The decision was too much for the man in charge to bear after losing their commander to a monster.
"No, we cannot lose any more men."
He walked off, others joined. But the two men stayed.
"It's going on our record."
"So what, I can't leave someone out here. Wherever the hell this is."
The two men walked off, to the direction of the voice. Deeper they went, their boots sinking in mud. Slowly approaching a water source.
"Help... someone... help..."
The voice was getting louder and louder.
"Look Henry, it's a girl!!"
The two rushed to save her, pull her out from the water.
"The hell!! Is she stuck or something?"
"Hey Tom, hel-"
It only took few seconds, Tom was grabbed from his feet, dragged into the water. His air bubbled up from the surface, but soon silenced. Henry let go of the girl's hand. But it was too late, the thing's hair tangled with his hand.
"GET THE HELL OFF ME!!"
He struggled, he tried to cut the hair, but it grew back to trap him even further.
"Ah finally, some fresh flesh."
Henry was dragged into the water, her face warped into Tom's face. Henry panicked, tried to get away. But he got closer to what was it's true form's mouth. He tried to kick it, shoot and stab it to launch himself. But in his old friend's voice. It uttered.
"It hurts... it hurts so much Henry... why are you hurting me like this."
Henry soon ran out of air, his lungs pressured into doing so. His vision became blurry, seeing his brothers in arms for the last time. Regret filled his mind.
'Dammit... I should've listened....'
Henry was soon eaten too. Not known if he drowned first or he felt the razor sharp teeth sink into his body.
It was smart, it used Tom's and Henry's voice to drag out the comrades who were looking for them.
The monster's stomach was full for the first time in a very long time.
Nice story
Imagine how delicate to do this stuff. You're dedication is overwhelming. You're so good!
Truly unique, god-level creativity, along with breath-taking finish and presentation. My subscription to your channel WILL go beyond the grave!

I'm waiting for this
Best diarama ever seen did you design the characters yourself before printing them best ever this one
Amazing work yet again. I can't imagine all the post processing work that goes into a 13" resin print. Yikes, talk about messy.
It makes me think about "love death and robots" and the story of the last episode !
It's really super realistic, i love what you make, it's sooo impressive !!! thanks for sharing this on youtube :D
I love all the small detail, wish can try add on some lights in it. well done.
I have just fallen in love with your work and immediately had to subscribe. I want to see more where this came from. Amazing stuff. I think you have just inspired me to write a short story. Please keep up your astounding work. I may eventually bug you with an idea for a Diorama myself. Keep up the great work.
Congratulations, you have a new fan of your fantastic fantasies ! 🐙

Trabalho simplesmente fantástico! Parabéns!
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Every man needs to see this !!
Creativity level 9000. Amazing!! Love the human bait: the whole concept is beautiful X
Absolutely amazing 🔥
And so scary 😱
Incredible!! I wish I was this talented! Question: How long did this process take? I'm sure it's a common question, but I'm curious.
Simply amazing and beautiful work
I think you make this look easy but i'm sure there is some massive skill to be able to produce such a diorama. I could fill my house with these creepy scenes!
I'm really impressed with your work. You have great talent. How long have you been doing this and do you have any formal training in art ?
Wow, i was so captured by this video. The music, the way this video is shot. Everything about it is just perfect. Earned a sub, great job! I look forward to more of your videos ❤️❤️
love your designs, Id love to see something futuristic and mechanical underwater.
Increible!
Attention to details is incredible!
I love how the older soldier is in the back with his guard up, and the younger soldier is simping in the front, about to get eaten. This is a diorama about the dangers of simping.
I always like vague hints to something ominous as opposed to very on the nose warnings or attempts to frighten.
Ребята как же это круто, замечательный канал)))) не могу оторвать глаз от этой кропотливой работы под приятную музыку
