Yeah. The romans copied and modified the old greek gods. A whole lot of the things the romans got were copied off the greeks. Stuff like their architecture, religion, some of their customs, and, (in the early days) how they fought tactically.
Can the Eastern Roman Empire Unite with The Persians to form the Holy Confederation, and the war between the western and eastern roman empires ends in a tie when Zeus gives the eastern roman emperor the stone.
Let me guess. After taking a look at some details of the first part of this series, at the Burgundy War, the Visgothic Kingdom have dispatch the invading armies of Syagirus Dynasty and say that "it's the strength of our God". So I guess we will have some kind of war between Christian god(Jesus) and Greek gods(Zeus and other gods). Greek gods will slowly winning. The well-tested emporor of Byzantium/Eastern Rome will have to fight Syagirus on very tough conditions, so he have no choice but to start a lengendary campaign to steal the stone and he success but with huge losses(Pyrrhic victory), losing thousands of men, his death, Farhad death but at last with the stone(the Philosopher's Stone, yeah everyone know about Nicholas Flamel and his tales, even though I bet he only dig up some gold) destroyed, the Greek gods are finally defeated and the survivors rebuilt the world. P.S. 1. This is just my guess. Also sorry for terrible English. 2. Another scenario: The Chinese simply bring their Fire Dragons and destroyed the stone. Death to Syagirus. End. 3.
