  • In todays video I install the Currie Rock Antirock off road sway bar. I have had this on the S10 for a while but it was just a temporary install. Time to permanently install it.
I also install some BFG K02 All terrain 39x13.50x17 tires for the snow season.

I need an Antirock sway bar in my life so badly, on my Grand Cherokee but we like you said in the video the setup is pretty pricey. Thanks for the info 👊

So like you said find another driveline shop and take your old driveline with and 1st talk to them about your Current driveline and see if they can do anything with it. Then you might end up having them build a new driveline.

Do you find any different between the stock sway bar and the antirock turning corners?

it is not cheap, but maybe one of the best upgrades i have done so far..
i did notice a little more sway/body roll on the curvy main roads, but also gained 12" of suspension travel offroad (on my tj with about 3" lift and short arms) and it feels way more stable offroad because i get much less sway/body roll when flexing and off camber.
it was a VERY small sacrifice on the main roads, and HUGE payoff when offroading. both my jeeps drive great on the curvy mountain roads and interstate up to 80 mph
have a tj and xj both with front anti rock sway bar and i live in the mountains with very curvy roads. my tj has mild lift and short arms, my xj has 5"-6" lift and long arms

Aren't the sway bar arms supposed to be level at ride height? Also, did you go to drivelines nw....?

Depends on how much suspension droop you have. It mine were flat, when I flex all the way down the sway bar would flip under the truck. And yes, drivelines nw.

@@MuddyBeards4X4 that makes sense, thank you! I would never use that place again to build a driveline. Terrible.

I have a question not pertaining to this video. How has the manual transfer case mod worked out? I really want to do the same, but was curious to see how it’s worked.

      Still working great, no issues.

driveline shop just wants to make you pay them to build you one :( instead of just help a customer that is willing to pay for a balance and likely to bring repeat business

Probably, they said they would have to re tube it with a bigger diameter and lighter tube to balance it. Which they already did that and I bent it immediately.
