My cforce 600 fourwheeler did that. I said the hell with it and put a 20 amp in it and carry extra. I was just riding trails no mud or deep water. Haven't had a problem since.
I owe you a huge THANK YOU for this video! Watched it a couple weeks ago and went out and bought extra fuses for my Cforce 600 and wouldn't you know it... that weekend I got the pegged temp gauge and flashing indicator on my dash.. Jumped off and literally said out loud "i know what's wrong!" and sure enough-blow fuse. Thanks again and keep up the great work Sir!
Wow that's awesome to hear! That was great timing for sure. I was just telling some friends this afternoon they should stock up on fuses. Thanks for watching!
Yeah that's what happened to me. I Lund to wait for the fan to go off before I hit deep water. That's how it happened to me anyway. These machines don't like warm weather or Sand. They get to hot.
Glad it was a quick fix. I'm assuming you got through Campbellford and found your way to Hastings? Have you ever gone tweed/kaladar way? Apparently there's a way to do a loop from stirling to tweed to kaladar and North of kaladar over to marmora. I gotta learn that way.
Yes that ride from Campbellford to Hastings is cool. No I haven't gone the tweed/Kaladar way. I've been to Tweed a few times on my dirtbike but that as far as I got. I learned about a ride today. You go north of 7 on the rail line to the hydro lines. Apparently you can ride a trail along the hydro lines to Limerick Lake. Do you know about it?
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER I've heard about that ride but I've never done it. I'd love to try it. I've also heard and watched on RUclips the little Cuba ride and I have to try that soon. At least there's lots to explore still. I would really like to go east at kaladar and end up at sharbot lake. Long ride but I bet it's well worth it.
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER no I haven't made it to Bancroft yet but it's definitely on my list. Little Cuba is also called Little Merrill lake I believe. Don's atv adventures has a couple of videos on it. I'd love to do a Mattawa area ride as well. Choices Choices lol.
I had the exact same thing happen on mine the first time I took mine to an atv park and got it in water. I replaced the fuse's with some good quality ones and haven't had any issues since.
That fuse likely failed when you were in deep water with the fan trying to run, I would install a circuit breaker instead of the fuse so it will automatically reset and you won't have this issue again.
Pretty sure you didn’t do any damage there’s a beeper that will go off if your oil pressure is to low or the engine gets too hot on a CF Moto. On my cforce 800 The beeper used to go off when the RPM dropped down to 1100 when it was new. Found out oil pressure switch was very sensitive. Since the engine is broken in now and idles at 1400 RPM doesn’t beep anymore. Only beeps now when you first start it until oil light goes out. At 16 hours of use made one long beep has not done that since. Not sure what that was for maybe it was telling me you can now full throttle it the engine is broke in. Just thinking you should check the seal at wire connection where it plugs into fan. Install dielectric grease on seal and reinstall to keep water out. I also did that on the electric power steering connectors and the ECM. I also sprayed down connectors and wiring with corrosion free it’s available at Canadian tire. That’s the only product I know that won’t harm rubber seals and bushings great rustproofing too.
I didn't hear any beeper. Didn't know there was one. Thanks for the info on the grease and spray. I've heard of it but I guess it's time to look into it. 😀

I learned that lesson the hard way once now I always carry an assortment of extra fuses, Thanks for sharing! ZForce 950 sport
Good idea! I do as well. 😊
Thanks again. That's so good to know so we can remember to carry extra fuses
Good advice. I'll get some tomorrow in Moab. Thanks
I was told that Cfmoto uses inexpensive fuses. I replaced mine with good fuses, and have some spares in the storage compartment.

Good stuff. I ordered breakers for mine yesterday.
I would replace all those fuses I hear about this a lot with the CF moto Hopefully the relays hold out.
