i'm glad she is back!!! She takes wide breaks in between albums, for which is a concern. However, when she does come back she comes back strong. Ive been a fan since the beginning, Brandy i love you girl. Ready for the NEW ALBUM!!!!

Thank you for her 20th year recognition. YOU have been a great friend. Through you WE have more depth & get a true glance at who Brandy is as an artist & human being. Your vids only confirm that …. she is who we think she is. Her heart is HUGE ... the way she shines light on the gifts & talents of others is beyond. Her humility is staggering ... to the point that I want her to be a little selfish sometimes. lol ... BUT she is who she is & becoming even more. We have not yet seen all & the best - best of Brandy.

Whether it is singing, acting, or songwriting, Brandy does it all well and with her own unique touch! I love Brandy in "Double Platinum" and "Cinderella." More movies please! I hope she will come back to mainstream because mainstream needs more variety. People are sound too similar now on the radio.
Human is one of my favourite albums of ALL TIME! I rank it higher than Full Moon etc. An amazing album, amazing tracks and amazing vocals. I think the problem with Human was wrong choice of singles!!!
jimmyvibes her vocal performances on that album were amazing.. the production was so poppy tho..

This is one of my fav interviews. The 2:11 era has come n gone n I hate that it didn't get the sales&recongnition that she had hoped. BUT THE MUSIC WAS ON POINT! Plez don't get that twisted! Another Classic! **The music biz has changed.** Look at recent sales of other big artist. I'm thankful that with Brandy we don't need to just wait for the music. We get to also enjoy her talent on film.

Human was not successful based on sales, the album was still the bomb, the industry is all about money and numbers, they dont even believe in heart anymore. Brandy is the bomb and always will be and she is so happy and raw in theis interview. I love her even more now. GO BRAN!! Be yo self enjoy the journey!!!

I think people compare Brandy to Beyonce to show how high we put Brandy as far as what she is capable of. We know that you have the talent and drive that Bey has and we just want everyone else to see it.

The album title is "Two Eleven" dedicated to Whitney Houston. Comes out in June

I did love Human, but there were up to 40 unreleased tracks from that era and a few years before that still weren't on Two Eleven, so I'm kinda wounded about that. If anyone wants to check any of them out, search Drum Life, Keyed, Freedom, After the Flood, The List, Porcelain Doll, Noddin Off, One Thing, Surprise Ending, Who's the Loser Now, and my favourite, Fear of Flying.

Sometimes, the simplest album title means the most. Your friend, Monica titled her album "New Life" as a way to embrace the past's challenges she endured both personally and professionally. I think Brandy should title her album in that same vein of triumph, I suggest "A Brand New Day" as a means to liberate yourself; achieving the freedom that you have been waiting and hoping for, all the while taking in the downs and dark moments in stride. You've been through a lot, it's time to celebrate that

I think it is cool how you said she should name her album, "A Brand New day" since, in recent years she has been calling herself, "Brand Nu". :)

Brandy should name her album either Unpolished or Core. Raw might sound suggestive to other people, but I totally get it and I like it. Too bad people don't.

"Two Eleven" is clearly a great title for the album given the circumstances with Whitney's death. If Whitney hadn't died though, I think a good album title would be "Ascension" because Brandy was once in a very dark place with the car accident, "Human" not doing well and other factors. This is her rising above all of those and reaching happiness in her life personally and musically.

All of Bran's album titles have been dope so whatever she chooses, I'm sure will be great. But I'm still going with Green Light.
Brandy wants something descriptive for her album title without being too obvious and cliche. I think she should name her album 'Green Light'. Many things were on pause for Brandy: her love life, toppin' the music charts (long break between albums), and her acting. She feels like she's 15 again. Everything seems to be on the up and up and I think 'Green Light' is a creative way of saying her life is no longer on pause, but she's going for gold in all aspects of life. No half steppin'. Thoughts?
Full Moon is her masterpiece. But yes, Afrodisiac is one of my fav albums of hers. She and timbaland work well together.
I love her and I can't wait for this album to be released but it's just a shame that she didn't trust herself enough to write some songs on the album... It's her big comeback, a "raw" experience, and it's been like nearly 20 years since she first started, so I thought she would have the confidence to do some writing by now (excluding her unreleased songs) :(

I think the music industry is rigged! I don't understand why it's hard for most artist in the industry to be successful entirely (Brandi, Kelis, Kelly Rowland, LaToya Luckett, Solange, on and on and on). While others turn up hit after hit after hit after hit (Beyonce, Rihanna, okay there aren't too many). I like Brandi - as a person, as well as musically. But I am NOT feeling this new style they have her on. She is the Full Moon album. They need to let her be her natural self instead of trying
Fashitecture yeah but a lot of artists from wayy back in the way back had Black music division of their labels. Around 1999 they all started disbanding leaving Black artists on their own and with little promo
