With all due respect my friend. In the room where you find the new armor, in the left corner there is a safe on the wall, if you deactivate the radio signal (as you did in the video) the safe will open and you can get the items from it. But there's one in particular that I have no idea what it's for, it's called " devil's hell x-02 ". And great video!

I accidentally cleared this area as a lvl9 because I thought the tunnels might lead into vault 114 or something, saw the power armor behind the door, but there’s a shelf in front of the door so it’s inaccessible to me at the moment

Just got that armor but did not know if about the safe since I still have expert safe cracking perk
I like the armour. I got 4 sets before I found that one. I just used the jet pack to get in lol
There's a few ways in without the jetpack

If you do the actual speak if the devil quest it should remove the shelf.
