Wow! You’re really good at creating something sweet n cute out of air clay. The tree was just as special. I’m sure it took a lot of cutting felt n making branches but it turned out awesome. ♥️🥰👍🌟
Thank you! It did take a little longer than I had hoped but cutting multiple strips at one time did make it go a little faster and I did want it to be a bigger tree🤦🏻♀️. Next time I'll make it much smaller 😂
Angie, how understand the sun do you keep coming up with these fabulous creations? You must get a visit from the creative fairy every night. She flies right past me. But that’s why I watch your channel. That tree is amazing. The ornaments are cute too. A tree like that would be a perfect place to display my Christmas crafts. Merry Christmas!
Thank you Katherine! I have gotten out of bed before to jot an idea down so I don't forget it😂 because I know I would not remember it in the morning. Merry Christmas to you as well!
You, Madam, are making dust collect in my house. You post something, and I stop dusting and reach for my air dry clay, or rush to the garage for a rusty coffee can. I received a rather unpleasant note from my sisters in West Virginia, “No more snowmen!”. I thought that was unkind, but some people like to clean, oh well. God knows what today will bring as I start this video. (My grandson Charlie loves all of these things, and has his own stash!jj
Never mind your sisters’ unpleasant comments. Some people just don’t appreciate what we love! Keep on creating with that kid! It’s making beautiful memories for him and awakening a creative spirit! Happy Christmas! 🎄
😂 Sorry about that. As for the no more snowmen? Never!😂🤭 I love me some snowmen and Santas😂 so there will be plenty more that I will be making🤭🤣 and I love that your grandson has a stash of it.
@@ThePhaeriephoxActually, there is an exterior motive with my sisters, I start my Easter egg decoupage by first of January, since I am enthralled with snowmen, they are asking if I am giving up egg work to start with snowmen. Our grandson (10) just had an art project purchased by a company that resells the items as jewelry, Charles 3232. Everyone female from 80’s (me) to old enough to wear a pin got one. Precious.
How precious! Absolutely adore the tree, it's such a creative idea. I'm so glad it's bigger than a bottle brush tree. Your clay projects turned out great too. Thanks for sharing 😊
J'adore, encore une fois😊, le bonhomme de neige et le Père Noël, ils sont adorables 👏👍 mais ce que je préfère de ta vidéo aujourd'hui est le sapin en feutre. Il est tellement mignon🫶😍😄🙆
Thank you! I think I made my first clay creation about 15 years ago. I saw a picture in a magazine and wanted to create something just like it, so I just started to play around with the clay. I had some successes and some that simply went into the trash 😂
If I owned a candy cane factory, I would offer you a job…😂😂😂 You’re so creative. 😊 The work you do with that clay is pretty amazing. Have you always worked with it, or just since starting your channel. You seem to really love working with it.
Thank you! I started crafting with clay about 15 or so years ago. I kept seeing clay figurines in magazines and really wanted to try and make them. I had some success and some that went directly into the trash😂
Wow I love the tree.. how long did that take you.. forever lol.. I don’t have that kind of patience lol and I love the ornaments too… the tree is so awesome!!!!!!
Thank you! 🤗 The tree took about 7 hours total to make not including drying time for glue, paint and wood filler. It only took a few minutes to glue the fringe onto each branch and to speed things up I used a rotary cutter to cut the strips of felt and then stacked several of the strips together to cut the fringe. 😁
Can you share what kind of clay you use? I see several brands in the store - DAS, creative paperclay, crayola … do you find one is better than another?
I like DAS the best. It's very easy to use and virtually no cracking. If I can't find that brand I'll use Sculpey air dry clay (not the polymer). When I've used the Creative Paperclay it's OK but I do end up with a few cracks when it's dry. I've only ever used the Crayola Model Magic clay to make faux marshmallows which worked really well for that. 😊
Wow! You’re really good at creating something sweet n cute out of air clay.

That tree came out gorgeous. I see burned fingers in my future! (LOL)
I think I’m gonna make a Santa ornament today! Great video!🎄🎅
Thank you! I couldn’t believe I did not burn my fingers making this which was a total surprise to me😁
The tree is amazing - quite the undertaking, but stunning result. The clay guys are sooo adorable - Best Video!!

My family here in WV is also the recipients of my attempts. So far no requests for cessation.
