You're inspiring me to document my makes. The only thing that holds me back is I usually look like a bedtime troll when I crochet or knit! LOL Loved the frog!!
I feel like, for all the crafts I enjoy, most people are making tutorials, and I don't really need tutorials. I just like to watch people make things. There's always something to learn along the way anyway, and it's usually a thing that you wouldn't think to look for. So, yes, I was very happy to find a maker just making things. (Also, your room where you film is everything I wanted for my own backdrop when I was getting started, so I'm also here for the aesthetic inspiration. ...If I ever get my hands on a home with 70s wood paneling...)
I love your process videos! I don't have crochet friends IRL, so I love picking up my own project and crocheting while I watch!
I can't stop watching you... your thrift videos give me sensory overload and I wonder how you stay sane. Love crotchet the most tho. Awesome work ❤❤❤
@Michelle Jasek I know something that will help for the purple & white checked bag that the straps have stretched out: 1st wash & dry it, then do a row of slip stitch down each side of both straps - the chain stitch doesn't have hardly any stretch so it will stabilize the straps & help keep them from stretching much at all!!! I found your channel by the YT Gods recommending this video to me lol. I'm the 1 person who hasn't watched Stranger Things, so this video informed me why so many people are making the waffle stitch bags with butter lol! Your sweaters & all your makes are great - I love upcycling too so I love the thrift flip sweaters that you added flowers to!!!
I watch your videos when I crochet, you just have a very calming presence 😅 but I'm running out of past videos of yours to watch!
i admire your dedication to handwashing the sweaters. i have one big sweater i made last year and i just chuck it in the washing machine and then dry it laying flat on top of the drying rack with the rest of the load hanging underneath

I discovered you bc of a thrifting video (I love thrifting) and then I discover you do crochet too (I also love crochet) and I've been looking for channels with chunky sweaters or 'funny' ones (like your halloween one or the snow one) and I'm absolutely in love with all of them 😍 also loving your asthetic like vintage cozy autumn I just love everything

I would love to see the process to alter or mend finished crochet products. So if you ever decide to do that, then 👌🏻. Not even a tutorial, just a video to see someone actively doing it.

I've made a blanket for my dad and a small scrap blanket, cardigans for my sisters, finished one for myself and started knitting (it takes time) and making a knitted cardigan. Have a great year!.
I think the first video I watched of yours was the 6 month crochet recap one since I had started the hobby around that time. I've stuck around since then because you continue to do crochet content and it's cool to see someone closer in age to me. I don't usually watch tutorials since I mostly freehand but it's always nice to see what other people are doing and crochet "along" with someone. I'm excited to see your makes in the new year and will be crocheting along :) I'm currently working on a fingering weight raglan and dying lol.

For your next bag, try Tunisian stitch for the handle, it may not stretch as much.
