So much fun even until the end. But we made it back to camp before dark! 😅 ok ok i should have re set to hit the second part of the waterfall. But the more built jeeps were doing it so i had to try 😂 thanks for everyone helping get betty back to camp. George thanks for the tow man. Great times as always with the DN family. Man i love the Johnson valley playground. We will be back to slay that trail. And outer limits fo sure. ❤ to the family 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍

Still trying to figure it out. Only does it when it flexes.
Only does it in 4wd when it flexes. It’s been doing it since day 1 after the build. My educated guess would be the front driveshaft angle causing a binding or fluid flow routing. It’s a mystery 😅.
Flex it the shut it off and look at your fan and shroud.Sounds same as my Pathfinder when its twisted up and Im pretty sure thats where my sound is coming from to.haha

The wife told me unless it breaks i cant spend money on it! Looks like upgrade time! 👌 and johnson valley Thanksgiving weekend is just shit show time. Sometimes ya just have to see what will happen. But yah whomever breaks feels bad for holding the group up but we always make the most of it. Stay safe and happy trails 👣

Lol, I’ve got friends who wheel like that. They also tell me my D30 is gonna shatter like theirs did… I just say “guess we’ll see”. 7 years locked on 35s in an XJ on every trail in SoCal, still going.
As long as you bring your own spares and tools, all in the fun. Better him than me 😂
ask the sas f150 guy if money was no object and he had to choose from a sas f150 or a new ish f250 what would he pick im saving up to build a rig and ive narrowed it down to those 2 choices
What year f250? It’s a great platform to build. It has solid axles already. Only thing is that the f250 are very long. Depends what your trying to do. I barely fit in any trails as it is. Ultra 4 jones wheels a f350 I think it is. Check out the iron man challenge video.
If I were to get a f250 I would go with a single cab year style. 5.4 v10.
