Hi Andy, Of course you can. That's exactly how most of my members do. They make analysis with my tools on NinjaTrader and then place trades on the MT4.

Dale, i really enjoyed your video very well done!! I to love the weekly VWAP very effective and i use it on the 1 hour and 30 minute as well. I use the 15 minute to sharpen my entry but still work off the weekly. Daily VWAP is too crazy for me! Unfortunately, TOS does not have a yearly VWAP for Daily charts - so i just plot out Daily VPOCS and work of that for long term trading. Best Chris.

I should also stress the concepts of these trades are based on a confluence of signals; this is not unique to VWAP trading strategies and can be applied to many different concepts (even with just price and volume alone, without volume-profile or VWAP). Set ups look good but as per my last comment determining risk:reward ratios and stop levels are critical and not part of this video. How can these set ups 'go wrong' and how does one manage their trade when it starts to occur?

I use Sierra charts written in C++. I find it more stable than NT8. It's been around since 96. Do you have these indicator for Sierra Charts? If not would you consider developing it for Sierra Charts. I want to buy the Elite package.

vwap is trader by many retail people for years now. yearly vwap for invest trades, monthly vwap, weekly vwap for swings ,and also intraday included daily vwap.
Hello Dale, I have a question about your webinar about the vwap. I find it very interesting and I’m trying it out for a few weeks now. My question is a about the daily vwap. What is the start time for the vwap to start calculating? I live outside the us in germany, so my clock is set to gmt -6 I only trade futures and mostly the 6e. So, do i have to set the start of the vwap at 0:00 of my local time, or 0:00 CT or GMT, or maybe the pit session times. So for the cme its 8:30 CT.
On your Let VWAP devlop chart, you say to let market develop 5 hours before using the Daily VWAP? In USA would that be the NY RTH or would you include the overnight session (ETH) as the calculation period. If you mean to use the RTH in USA NY cash market, then only 1.5 hours to trade??
Great question! When I refer to letting the market develop for 5 hours before using the Daily VWAP, I am referring to the New York RTH (regular trading hours) session, which is from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. This means that the first 5 hours of the RTH session should be allowed to develop before using the Daily VWAP for the day. However, it's important to note that the VWAP indicator can be adjusted to include or exclude certain time periods, depending on your trading preferences and strategies. Some traders may choose to include the overnight session (ETH) in their VWAP calculations, while others may only focus on the RTH session. It ultimately comes down to your personal trading style and the markets you are trading. In the case of the Let VWAP Develop chart, the indicator is using the standard VWAP calculation, which includes the entire session from market open to market close. So in the case of the RTH session, this would be a 6.5 hour period, not just the first 1.5 hours. I hope this helps clarify things for you!

Many thanks for this excellent and extremely valuable lesson on VWAP trading strategy. My query is, what if the price keeps going down or up, will not the VWAP catch up with the price line ? VWAP is, perhaps, most useful to identify where institutional activities are - and also identification of rotation, also VWAP needs secondary indicators for confirmation !
Hello Saurav, thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it! Answer: if the price will move just one way, then vwap line won't catch up. But when there is a trend it is best to trade reactions to 1st VWAP deviation, which usualy catches up at some pullback. That's right, I use it in addition to Volume Profile and afterwords also Order Flow for entry confirmation.

Another query, for every buyer there's a seller, so, one really can't speculate even at locations, high volume profiles zones, which direction the stock would finally move towards, as it could either be an accumulation or a distribution, when VVAP is high (volume profile book, I have bought it)?

Hi Don, I'm not using it on TradingView, I'm not sure if they have it. My VWAP has standard deviations.
You can find it in Tradingview,custom made in indicators,the name is VWAP Stdev Bands v2 Mod.It is most used and also has a good buy and sell signals.
