    I like this vid, you nailed it about these 5 trails. I was just thinking a few days ago that Golden Spike was not just a trail but kind of a playground there are so many fun spots that you better keep your attention or they can get you. I've done Moab Rim twice now and on the second time I was in a group considered to be all experienced so we did the trail with no spotting and I have to say going down the last 300 yards all those obstacles and off camber took every ounce of concentration and correct line choosing I had. It was a challenge but super fun and rewarding....Of course everyone's top five is a matter of opinion and I was reflecting on how many times I've gone to Moab and how many trails I've done and how many times I've done some trails. I figured out: Out of the Ninety something trails in and around Moab I have done 36 of them and have done some trails twice, three times, 4 times, 5 times and Hell's Revenge out of 5 trips I'm at 9 times. I really try to do a new trail every time I go. Well, I've blabbed long enough. Great vid Josh. Eat Dirt and Happy Wheeling

      Thank you Joe. And happy Easter to you.
      But you are right, so many great trails out there. You could have a top 20 trails and still be listing only great trails.

    Excellent video! The camera angles capture the difficulty of the obstacles, which is (in my opinion) really hard to convey. You certainly did convey this (bravo!) making the video so much fun to watch. Thanks for sharing!

      It took many years to learn how to show an obstacle and not make it look like a road. Thank you for noticing. And thank you for watching. Are you heading out soon?

      @@JeepAdventures We were there last year, but getting the itch to return. Have you, by chance, been on Holy Cross 4x4 Trail near Leadville, CO? It's another rock climbing obstacle course, but with lots of water. We reached our limit on that one. Tough, for sure.

    • @JeepAdventures

      @@grannygamerquilter No. My plan was this summer but I ended up breaking my arm really bad and was in and of surgery all summer. I was thinking of trying to squeeze it in before the winter hits but don't know if I will be ready. So I guess I am stuck waiting to next year.

    Nice vid. I think the one thing that could be added to the future would be a mention if bypasses were available or not to the hard stuff.

    Did Moab Rim a few days ago. Devil's Crack was &@_%Q%Y!!!
    315/70R17 BFG KO2, 2" Mopar lift...needless to say I got a fair amount of scraping.

    • @JeepAdventures

      For stock, stick to Fins and Things, Hells Revenge, Chicken Corners, Gemini Bridges, south half of flat iron mesa, and you can try poison spider.

    Any recommendations for pritchett canyon in a jku on 40s 6in long arm and tons.

    • @JeepAdventures
      @JeepAdventures  2 года назад

      Sounds like your rig can do it. But there is more then one spot some advance technique is needed. If you don't feel comfortable, use the anchor points. There is one at every obstacle in the right spot for a easy winch. (Some have two so you winch to one point then move it).. Try everything, but error on the side of caution. Its better to get off the trail under you own power then try to be a hero and have to repair the rig on the trail.
