Whenever i feel im losing faith in humanity, i listen to this to remind myself that there is still hope, that theres enough good people left in the world to believe in. We are all human after all.
The talents of Craig Armstrong and Richard Curtis (and Rowan Atkinson and the late Alan Rickman and others) but enhanced and taken higher by the Holy Spirit - so very clearly in a film about love in all its manifestations created to help a shocked and saddened planet get past the awful events of 9/11 (as Hugh Grant makes clear in his words as British PM at the start of the film).
@@PESmopotti Thank you. But if that is the case, it is wisdom (and discernment) thanks to the Holy Spirit. I would never have "seen" without Him. Interesting (but also beautiful) that He offers the chance for us to see where He himself has been active... I like (love) the way He has made me feel and act, and of course I can accept that some of the "preparation" for this comes from who I am and how I have lived my life and experienced things. But that's all the credit I can claim ... and that's completely OK. The idea of being a bit of a conduit is total joy and total satisfaction - more meaning than anything else I have had in my nearly-60 years...
They’re really taking their time with the pace. I’m all for more expressiveness. But this is how slow you play when learning. There’s not much emotional urgency when played thiiisss slooooow.

This one lacks the PM's love theme, which is the most vibrant one. What a pity.
