  • In this video Im trying the Lazy Girl Method with Mizhse Solid non stick builder gel (hard gel). This also gives me a chance to do a review and tutorial,saving time and effort.And as an extra bonus we will be looking Una Gella full cover tips. Im encapsulating glitter in these full cover nails.
    Im still using Born Prettys non stick hand gel (soak off). Ive purchased some new colors, and I like to camouflage my natural nails when I do the lazy girl method. Despite being a builder gel both brands cure rock hard.
    Ive used some flower water decals for easy nail art also, so a quick tutorial on them too. Please reach out if you have any questions in the description box, and like & subscribe. Please hit the notification bell too so you dont miss anything

    You can also use press-on tips as dual forms, and the results are fantastic. :)

    • @OhNoNails
      @OhNoNails  Год назад +2

      Yes,agree😊 The only ones that I can find a pain are the stiletto/almond (same with dual forms sometimes). Despite sizeing one up they can still come out too small at the tip 😅
      So if you have any suggestions for a brand with a less shallow tip, let me know ❤

    Do you remove the form after curing as with the polygel ? Im just learning how to use polygel and saw you doing this with the solid gel and Im ready to toss it out, lol.

    • @OhNoNails
      @OhNoNails  Год назад +1

      Awwww, thank you hun xx May look easy, but trust me, have my share of messing things up lol
      Yes, I remove the form. The only I do first though is check that it hasnt pulled back from the sides anywhere. If it has I apply a tiny bit where its missing and cure before I take it off.
      I dont dislike polygel, but I dont like the feel of alot of them, I feel like so many need a ton of solution.
      Just love not having sticky mess everywhere! So I am using this stuff more and more..havent had issues yet 🤞 If you do, best of luck! Any issues gimme a shout ❤

    I just bought this product and tried the lazy girl method and the full cover Gel tips just popped off like I used a dual form. 😂 not what I was going for. My nail prep was perfect, and I used gloves without touching the product. Would love some insight on why it would happen like that…

    Are thoes the edge 💅 you have on the left hand? I have the dual forms in that shape but I don't use them I rather have the tips very pretty nails tyfs.. maybe hard gels really work better, I never have used this method maybe I'll try it today🤔

    I would love to know some information about your hand. I'm looking to purchase a hand but there are so many options idk what to get.

    • @OhNoNails
      @OhNoNails  Год назад +1

      This hand is from Amazon. And this one Ive been very pleased with. The fact that the cuticles have a little scrape here and there is on me. Thats my efile.
      I have also got two from Ali Express. One is decent, the other one is rubbish. You get what you pay for apparantly.
      It depends what you use them for, but Im considering using silicone fingers more and changeing them out more often.
      But, without a doubt the Amazon one is my favourite, I find the nails stay in place more and its more sturdy. ruclips.net/video/C4lyTWhtFyE/видео.html is the link where I unboxed it. I can put the links to the Ali ones in the description box there in a few minutes so you can have a look for yourself ❤

    • @OhNoNails
      @OhNoNails  Год назад

      I didnt use the forms, I used full cover gel tips that I left on 😊 Basically the "lazy girl" method with solid gel instead of polygel.
      Regular tips can be used as forms, but would need removing before it is cured through otherwise they are impossible to get off (I need to try that) ❤

      I like Una Gella, I get mine on Amazon. Used them with everything from builder, polygel to solid (link is in description if you want to have a look).

      I've had pretty good luck with using abs plastic full cover nails and just flash curing then removing the nails. The solid gel I use tends to not look good if I don't flash cure first as it gets sticky when it warms up.
